I was never left in the dark about progress. I was told by Con. Bost's office that, even with a letter from him, it could take 18 to 24 months for a Hearing. Joni worked her magic and got the Review Board to re-examine our case and it was "Fully Funded within 90 days. I'm sure that this is not always possible, however, Joni and her people refused to put our file on the shelf until a hearing would be scheduled. Joni represented my son who had been in a serious car accident to help get his social security disability . She is very knowledgeable and her staff is so awesome and there to help you in anyway they can . My sons case became complicated during our procedures and he became incarcerated . Joni did not give up on him and found ways for us to attend court via phone call for my son to speak with the judge via satellite .
