Kitty's Cafe

This picture doesn't do the food justice. Was so good. Chicken fried steak was enough for 2 people. That's how much there was. A must try if you're really hungry.

Took a mid day break and visited for lunch. The daily special included a chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. We got one of each, and both were fork tender, fresh, and hot. The crust was flavorful and crispy, and you can't beat their price for the daily soecial. Will come back for sure.

It was my 1st time there today. The service was good and consistent. The food was good, I had the fish and shrimp special and will try the fish and oysters next time. The atmosphere has that old southern charm you don't see too much of anymore. You know what home or grandparents place used to be like. If you're looking for kind of place than you should definitely stop in.

BEST IN TEXAS.... I moved to Conroe, TX March 1st, by far and not even close my best meal I have had in Texas. If you live an 2 hours or less, this is a must STOP. I ordered the "Get it All Omelet" they brought it all, and a giant fluffy delicious biscuit.. As you can tell I did pretty good. It is very affordable also, tons of family's. Overall great experience. Debated on giving 4 stars only because it took awhile to get my order but they were also extremely busy, so I won't hold that against them considering the entire staff seemed to be on the ball.
Food was good, if you order the Biscuits and gravy make sure you have an appetite. It's HUGE.

We arrived late and they were pre-closing. We ordered burgers and they were delicious! Tomatoes tasted like tomatoes the beef patties were huge and so good. I know Kitty's is mainly breakfast but If you want lunch check out their Burgers 🍔😉

Kitty's Cafe is a true, Texas Country Cafe. And I love it. You will hear the true Texas draw.

Located in Magnolia, Texas which is a wonderful Texas country community where people look out after each other.

I went to dine at Kitty's Cafe at noon on Monday, May 23rd.

The place was hopping busy and the wait staff was moving like they had roller skates on. And as busy as they were, everything went smoothly.

For lunch you can order off the menu, or select from the steam table 1 meat with Salad bar, two sides and a slice of cake for dessert, OR 1 meat with three sides and cake. All with a slice of country cornbread.

Friends, the cornbread tasted like cake. Soft and sweet

My meal of meatloaf, sweet potato casserole and steamed broccoli.

Prepared perfectly, to a traditional Texas taste.

We love Kitty's Cafe for breakfast but this time we ate lunch. It was just as good The food is delicious, consistently well-made, and everyone is so friendly. This is a great neighborhood place in a small town setting. There is nothing pretentious here, just good down home food and hospitality. I had fish and oysters, one of the Friday seafood specials. It came with a salad, french fries, hush puppies, fried green tomatoes, tea, and a slice of cake. It was so much tasty food at a good price.

A perfect example of a small town Texas diner. Good simple food and a very friendly atmosphere. I had the Haystack burger. It was a hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes and thinly cut deep fried onions stacked on top. Delicious!

The first time here, food was good, and the atmosphere was good, much to expensive though......definitely got sticker shock at the bill!!!!

Haven't been to Magnolia in 20 years... Drove through town and stopped at Kitty's .. had the CFS, squash and Broccoli, comes with Salad bar and cake .less than $15.... Absolutely delicious

Tucked away off the main road is Kittys Cafe, a great diner in the Magnolia area! Most people venture over to the Magnolia Diner but my money goes here! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and also blunt! Ask them whatever you want and you will get a sometimes too honest answer. Make sure to sit at the bar for the best experience. They keep your coffee full and provide endless entertainment! And the food is great!

Unless you're a local you may never find this place... However,if you don't you'll be missing out on the best sausage gravy within a hundred miles!

They're only open till 3 p.m. because it's basically a breakfast and lunch restaurant.

But when it comes to old fashioned southern cooked breakfast the portions are large the food is absolutely fantastic the prices are very reasonable the service is fast friendly and fun...

Honestly this is one restaurant I would give ten stars to if I could!!!

I've lived in Magnolia for a few years now and kept wanting to try this place. We finally went and all I can say is I wish we'd have gone sooner. Great service, excellent home cooking, and a nice salad bar.

The Biscuits are the best and they make REAL sausage gravy! Service is really good. A true mom and pop cafe. What a treasure!

Had breakfast this morning and was NOT disappointed. The best breakfast I’ve had in ages, and I’m a breakfast Person. The best biscuits I’ve ever had, light, fluffy and not gummy at all. Got the low down on the weekly specials and will be back for lunch. Added the lunch menu

Best egg, and bacon on toast in town. Egg not overcooked, bacon crispy and toasted just right. Simple food made right. A great start to a day.

I had the fish & shrimp.
My wife had something i don't know what it was..lol.
But we enjoyed our visit there.
