I absolutely love this store! I have become accustomed to shopping online since the pandemic and it feels great to get out and shop in a real store. There is such a huge selection of women’s clothes and I am able to always find clothes for my teenage daughters here that are not all crop tops or out of dress code. Staff is always helpful and fitting rooms are open as well. Use their app for coupons!

Finally found jeans that fit and just the way I remember them in the 90s. The cashier was super friendly and helpful as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for clothes.

This JCPenney is Honest and is very helpful and friendly with employees and managers. The only bad thing I would say about JCPenney is the Customers because they make the store look bad. Some are nice but they get alot of upset customers or shoplifters or people trying to scam employees or switch prices or create their own deals instead of not accepting actual deals or prices. Most customers get upset cause they close the fitting room an hour before close but people love to come in last min before closing. Honestly everything is good in JCPenney and clean and great friendly store but customers just make the store look bad. Some just love making a mess in the store or shoplift or just upset over anything. But as for the store it's honest the best to shop at.

Had a great time with one of the girls in the make up saloon. Trista, she helped me covered a dark mark with make-up. So I got everything she suggested

I see Briana at the salon and I adore her! She’s sweet as can be and always does my hair just as I ask her to! I love that she remembers who I am and she’s perfect at balancing relaxation and chatting! :) go see her! You won’t be disappointed!

It has been a long while since I was able to shop, find what I needed in a moderate amount of time, and get out of the store with several items that fit well,(when I got home) with all the right fabric, and a standard classic fit.
On top of it, good quality cotton products that keep you cooler in this Texas heat!
JCPenney, please keep your buying and marketing like this. Simple lines, classic, and comfortable fit clothing with fine cottons, etc.
It will be my go to store nearest me unless it changes!

I had to pick up a pkg,ck why one pkg didn't come in, buy a shirt with a coupon and pay my bill. Associate was so nice and efficient! She was fine with so many things asked of her. Love JCP

The salon manager personally took care of my MIL... she did an amazing job! Made her feel comfortable with the cut and style and even walked her through how to do it herself.

Love the quality & selection of ladies career fashions. Plus, it's one of the few places to buy slips, a wardrobe essential. Shop online & pick up in store. It's the best of both worlds!

#amazing #customerservice #sephora as I was shopping today 1/12/19 I watched the brave nice young woman stand her ground as for people bum rushed her cash register demanding that she was incorrect on store policies. This particular woman had helped me the day before and spend a large chunk of her time Educating me about undertones and skin textures and what would work well for my skin, I was blown away at how knowledgeable she was as well as how patient she was with me. I asked more than 31 questions and she was beyond happy to answer each one. I left the store knowing that what I purchased I would love. I came back to the store the day after to purchase more of something she had given a sample of to me. That is when this incident occurred and she stood her ground. I have so much respect for the Sephora stuff inside JCPenney and I asked more than 31 questions and she was beyond happy to answer each one. I hit up Pennys cause i knew they were having sales on some things i was interested in so i scored! What made the day however was while i was there i found out they have a salon and i desperately needed a trim, lol. A cute girl with a wild hair color named Amanda fixed me up, nice! Gotta say, I'm hooked! I will be back! Thanks Amanda!

Good selection of clothes, many on markdown. Staff was helpful and available when needed. One fitting room is open now which really helps.

Bre at JCP salon is the best! She does such a great job on my hair and always makes me feel pampered. She listens to everything I say and make suggestions based off what I say. She’s the only person I trust with my hair!
