Kinkaid Lake Boat Storage Always open

I have used multiple boat storage facilities, and this is by far the best. Joyce is always very helpful and pleasant. Hope to keep using this storage for many years to come.

Joyce is the owner and she's a real helpful and nice lady. Very close to the boat ramp and has great indoor and outdoor storage for your boat a a good price. Give her a call and see ya at the lake!

Great owner... Very personal touch

The owner is losing it. She said she didn’t receive payment even though it was dropped off right where she told us to leave it. I came down to pick up my jet skis to only find out they were not there. Joyce said she did not have them towed but then we found them later parked at the marina after we got cops involved. She doesn’t seem to remember conversations we have had and constantly gets us confused for other renters. Also states she has to talk to the owner even though she is the only one that lives there and it is her name on the lease agreement. Would not allow access to her camera when she said the jet skis must have gotten stolen.
