Had an issue with water pressure in my home. Gabe, from Dynamic Plumbing responded very quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. My water pressure was restored in a very short time. Amazing service. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing.

I am a new homeowner, and called the emergency number that was given on the automated message for new homeowners. Initially someone answered, I believe her name was Melissa, and I could tell I woke her up. I apologized but explained that my water was running and the water heater was making an extremely loud noise, though I hadn’t turned any water on. She said she would call the on call plumber, and he/she would give me a call back. I waited twenty minutes, then called her back and asked if I should expect a call tonight, because it was already 2am. She said yes, someone named Richard would call me back. It is now 3:19 am, and no one has called me. The water pump turned back on and is running loudly, and because I have no idea why I feel uncomfortable falling asleep. I tried calling the on call number over and over to find out what was taking so long for just a call back, and she is now no longer answering.

Someone named Richard called me at 7:30am, apologized profusely, and explained what was going on with my plumbing. He was one of the kindest people I have spoken to in San Antonio. However, he did not receive the message until this morning due to the dispatcher texting him once, in the middle of the night, instead of calling him and ensuring she received a response, which is why I will not change my review. Melissa texted someone, told me that I would receive a call within the night, and went back to sleep while I stayed awake as I thought my water heater was overheating due to the noise and running water.
