Simply the BEST customer service EVER. The owner is on site and really cares about customer satisfaction long term. Honest, polite, patient and professional. I don’t trust easily, but I do trust this team, and they always deliver good advice, quality furniture, and above-and-beyond excellent customer service from showroom to delivery and set up! My ex husband and I both shop here-we are both hard to please-but Furniture King has earned our customer loyalty. We both bought dining sets here 10 years ago at very reasonable prices, and they are still in excellent shape! I am not a futon fan, but the one I purchased here is of great quality, beautiful, functional, and has served well as a couch/spare bed in my formal office for 8 years. More recently, I bought a twin over full bunk bed and mattress for my teenager and it is very sturdy and comfortable!

If you need good quality furniture and want to buy it from honest people then go here. We went to several furniture stores for their big sales... Every other store had poor quality furniture and really aggressive sales techniques. Years ago we bought furniture from Furniture King and it held up incredibly well. So after going around to several stores we stopped in. I can not explain how everything in this experience was so much better. The prices are amazing, the quality is great, the owner is honest and there is zero pressure. We will be buying all of our furniture for our new home here.

We bought an entry table from this store. Jim was extremely helpful. We were on a time crunch... We were told it would take about a week for the order to arrive and we very excited when table ended up coming the very next day.

We picked it up for the store ourselves (because of our time crunch). When we got it home and opened the box, the table was damaged. The top was bowed and was sticking up from the side. I called the store and spoke with Jim. He sent a truck to our house to pick It up and had a furniture repair person fix it the next day.

They did an amazing job fixing the table and it looks perfect now. Everyone at the store was extremely polite and easy to work with. Even if they don't have exactly what you are looking for in the store, their selection to order from the catalogs is impressive. They handled the damage to the table better than I ever expected. Top-notch customer service! I definitely recommend them!

I did not have a big budget and needed to furniture my new home. I went to Rooms to Go and Big Lots and their furniture seemed cheap and if someone was heavy/over weight I don't think the furniture would be able to hold them.
I decided to stop in Furniture King and the service I received was top notch. Not only did they order my furniture, they delivered it and PUT IT ALL TOGETHER. That in itself is worth being a loyal customer. I am now opening a business and I am going to use Furniture King to furnish my new space. LOVE these people!! Just love 'em!

I absolutely love Jim and Tami and the team at Furniture King... they have been sooo kind and gracious in one of the biggest transitions in my life... I love my living room, dining room and bedroom furniture.

Jim, the owner, is a stand up guy! Goes above and beyond in customer service. We have bought several items from him. He puts the customer first. He wants to help you any way he can... reliable, reasonably priced and excellent customer service.

I loved the friendliness. My hubby and I have been looking for a dining set for awhile now...finally found one that we could take home the same day.....they even offered to stay open later than 4 so we could get a truck but luckily we were able to fit what we bough in our SUV...

Couple of years ago we went to Rooms To Go and the customer service was horrible so I canceled the order. Went back this year and they were over priced.

Easily the best place to buy furniture in San Antonio. I just moved back to S.A and needed a bunch of stuff asap, shopped all weekend found some furniture at another store but they couldn't deliver until the following week so I cancelled and I'm glad I did! I went to Furniture king and not only did they have everything I needed but they had it for a lot cheaper! and they delivered that same night. Thank you Jim (the owner I think) I will return and refer in the future!

Very nice collection of furniture. They are hand picked for quality. I am debating between 2 very nice couches. I have not seen these couches anywhere I've been and they are more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing than I have seen in the big name brand stores.

My daughter and I recently visited Furniture King shopping for a new queen size mattress set. We went into the store around 3:30 PM and purchased a queen set for $298. We asked to have it delivered, expecting that it would be the next week before it would be delivered. They delivered it and set it up in less than 30 minutes! I plan to use Furniture King for all of my future furniture purchases!

Gary was very helpful and patient with us as we looked around. This is our second time going there to get our furniture. Love this place highly recommend it, you can do layaway also. Will be back.

On a whim we decided to stop at Furniture King. To our surprise, we found a chaise lounge for the bedroom almost as soon as we walked in. We have been looking at other furniture stores for a couple of weeks now and we were always just a little disappointed that we couldn't find the exact one. Furniture King took a little of my stress away. I'll definitely shop here again.

From the ourside, didn't expect the beautiful, as well as unique furniture. I ran in looking for a mattress (company coming), but definitely want to go back and shop around some more. They have nice home decor, and very reasonably priced.

I visited this store over the weekend and was amazed at how fast I was greeted and helped. I told them what I was looking for and they showed it to me, I paid for it and they carried it out to my truck. Wow!
