Kingston Springs Pharmacy

I deal with our little pharmacy a lot. Just can not find better than Marty and the staff. If I lived 50 miles away, I'd still use this pharmacy. Kingston Springs is very fortunate to have them. A+++++

The staff is incredibly polite and knowledgeable. They treat you like family, and they care about their customers. They are open to questions. They have consistently gone the extra mile for my family. Their prices are the same as the big chains, and they deliver. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

The people working there are very professional and helpful. I changed from a chain pharmacy and have been delightfully surprised at the level of service I have received. I feel welcome and appreciated for bringing my business to them. A++++ rating in my book and my prescriptions can get tricky at times. The prices are comparable to the chain stores which surprised me. All this and without the attitude, I couldn't ask for more!

Love this pharmacy and the team. So much better to deal with than any of the other large chain pharmacies. They know their customers and look out for their needs.

My husband and I have been using KS Rx since their 2005 inception. We've moved quite a bit and now live about 40 minutes away but this will always be our pharmacy. Marty Gentry is the best pharmacist hands down. He possesses that rare medical combination of being knowledgeable, super friendly and pleasant, and appreciative of one's business. He is always respectful, smiling and is never dismissive or assumptive. All pharmacists could learn a few lessons from Marty.

Their pricing is extremely competitive; they'll order out of stock items whenever possible, and their turnaround time for filling is fast.

Respect and positivity start at the top and this is one of the many reasons this pharmacy will always have loyal clients like us!!

The best of the best...Marty Gentry is the best...well, maybe the second best since my late father was a pharmacist too and owned his pharmacy back in CA and I have to be a little prejudiced towards my dad...since I am an RN and my dad was a pharmacist, I don't often have questions, but when I do they are sometimes pretty tough ones and Marty has been spot on with his knowledge every single time I have had any area of concern...add that to his bubbly and charming personality, fair pricing, quality of service and all around 'cuteness' ;) and Kingston Springs has a gem of pharmacy...we are very fortunate to have access to this level of medical provider.

The staff is always very professional and friendly like a small town pharmacy should be and if you bring a prescription in to be filled while you wait don’t expect a long wait like at the big chain stores. They take most most insurance cards and there prices are very competitive and the pharmacy is so convenient!
