Lance's Pizza & Subs

We order delivery to our workplace and no matter the day or the food, it has always exceeded all expectations. What a wonderful hidden gem this had turned out to be.

I called and order 2 Extra large pizzas; I drove to the Pizzeria and voilà 20 minutes & pizzas were in my hands. They were kind enough to offer me a free 2 litter drink. Very happy and delicious pizza.

Ordered the food we had delivered and it got here. It was hot fresh. My pizza was great. The sub was even better the delivery guy was very nice and polite

Really good pizza right outside Dover! After a long day on the lake, I definitely recommend this to any family looking for a place to sit down and relax around some quality pizza. They do have some family specials available and the staff are very kind and quick to answer questions.

It's been a long time since I've been here. The pizza was made as if I was Truely their Best Customer. Today many businesses treat the customer as if they can be replaced. I was happy to have stopped in for a pizza today.

Great atmosphere with good pizza. I was particularly engrossed with all the guitars on the walls they all look like playable guitars and they are non-destructively mounted. Be sure to check out the 7-string Epiphone Les Paul standard.

Our server was TERRIFIC and an admitted pizza lover (per his perfect t-shirt.) We really enjoyed our visit. I live in Cocoa Beach, but stop in every time I am in Dover to visit family. Lance's is my favorite!

Amazing home cook meals and Damien the driver for with a red is a great delivery driver he's courteous he's nice good job hiring him I hope I have the right name LOL anybody out there listening or reading you should try their food it's great

Great pizza, Had the Bacon double cheese burger with cheese sticks. If your staying at the Dover Inn they deliver. I would order again. Goes great with Yuengling beer.

Honestly only tried this place because I found out it had delivery. Best pizza we have had in town! It actually showed up hot! not warm. We preferred their crust to other places in Dover. I thought it was on the pricy side until it showed up and the large size was HUGE. Would recommend. I’d probably just buy a medium size next time for my husband and I to share. I don’t even know how much delivery was but I’ll pay it either way haha!

Ordered subs. First off the staff was friendly and helpful, I ordered the Italian and when I got it it was warm and fresh. Better than any name brand chain sub. Bread was made fresh and tasted great! Thank you Lance for an awesome eatery

First off, the pizzas were delicious - both myself and my picky as hell kiddos were both happy which is practically a miracle in itself.

Secondly, and maybe even more impressive, was the service- we moved to Dover a few months ago and this was our first time ordering from them (they were only doing carry out) but I failed to look outside and see that everything had iced over. I'm from South TX, I can't drive in that and I know I can't so I don't even try. I called Lances back to let them know I wouldn't be able to make it in and to pay over the phone (figuring they could at least give it away or give it to staff if anyone wanted it) and was informed that the owner was going to run out order to us. Not only did this gentleman bring it to our door in less than 20min, he threw in a free 2 liter of soda with the assurance that he didn't want us going back out for anything.

We will definitely be repeat customers!

Excellent lunch! I got the Ultimate sub sandwich and made the mistake of getting the foot long. This sandwich is loaded! It’s served hot and was perfect on a cold day. Friendly, quick service. I’ll be back!
