Nacome Camp & Retreat Center

We love going to Nacome Camp and Retreat Center. The staff is excellent as well as the accommodations. We can't wait until next year to go back to the creek! All are welcome at Nacome!

My family had been going to Nacome for over 20 years. We love it here. Everyone is welcome here! Love is all around.

I grew up going to NaCoMe every summer, and now our church goes for annual retreats. It was amazing when I was a kid and has only gotten better through the years! My nieces went to camp this summer for the first time and haven't stopped telling everyone how much they loved it. Their favorite memories: kayaking, "home in the woods," sponge wars, and creek walking. Tbh it makes me a little emotional to think about how my grandma, myself, and now my young nieces have all camped at NaCoMe over the decades. There's something magical about the history and character of the camp that's so joyous and wholesome.

My daughter and I went every year for many years with our church. She and her family are continuing our tradition with her two young children. A part of my heart is there; it’s such a beautiful place. And it breaks my heart that I can’t go anymore. The camp directors will do whatever they can to accommodate most requests or needs. The cabins are wonderful and big! You won’t be “camping” as much as “glamping”. Enjoy your stay!

This is a beautiful camp with air conditioned cabins and wonderful staff! They have so many activities, a creek to explore in, and a lake with kayaks, canoes, corkles, fishing. My family has gone 7 years in a row and we call it our happy place.

Karl is so not right. Spreading hate just makes him look ignorant. Camp Nacome will still invite him to come and see the love of God spread to even him.

Wonderfully peaceful place. Lovely brook flows through the middle - perfect for wading. Comfortable facility and good food in the dining hall. Short drive from Nashville.

Hard to put into words how perfect this place is, but it’s a wonderful camp for kids and a beautiful retreat for adults. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Someone sharing their experience is not automatically hate just because their view differs from yours.
Our daughter also had a counselor who made her feel uncomfortable at camp this summer. Happy to share more of my experience if anyone else is concerned but bottom line is that if the Camp were forthcoming then there isn't an issue.
