Solid Electronics place, if you need it repaired they can do Laptops, Phone and Computers about anything you need. Clean facility and welcoming staff. Also they have great deals on used stuff.

I recently bought a phone case from one of the workers named Kirsten. She was really helpful and polite and seemed like a very nice person! She picked out the phone case for me and it fits perfectly on my phone!! I will definitely be coming back.

I went in to get my phone's charging port cleaned since I got some wood chips in it while working over the weekend. I dropped off my phone and paid for the service and basically ran around town with my dad. Less than 45 minutes later, we got the call that my phone was ready for pickup! Got it back and tested the port and it worked as good as new. My speakers were even cleaned which was nice! Definitely worth the cheap price, only $25

Over the years I have had numerous how to questions pertaining to my I phone and the wonderful knowledgeable efficient staff at Celluar Accessories not only had the answer but would do it for me with a smile and then send me on my way recently I once again needed help with my new IPad and Patricia a 5⭐ employee whom I voted employee of the year 👏👏👏She not only sold me what I needed but installed them and Yupper Sent me out the door

Hadley and the rest of the crew their did such an awesome job repairing my screen on my phone and while I was in the store she upsold me a nice tablet. They have a great selection of all things phone tablet and computer related. Their customer service is 2nd to none and my first place I shop when I come to Cookeville. I visited cellular accessories when I was out in TN. The customer service was amazing. Amanda, Patricia, Jake, and Melanie went above and beyond for me. And their prices are great!

Casey, I can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond to help me! Sweet girl, you are amazing! And the tech here is unbelievable. He can do anything. Long story short… I locked myself out of my iPhone. Verizon said good luck with that and sent me to this store. Thank God they did. I found extremely knowledgeable people who were determined to help me get past all the obstacles to retrieve important info from my locked phone. Bottom line… I’d trust these people with anything. They are incredible at what they do and they worked diligently to get the job done by a quick deadline. I’d give them more stars if I could. Trust them with your business. You won’t regret it!

I have been coming to this store all year! The phone cases are always on point for this girly girl! I'm in this store at least once a week getting a new phone case! I've bought anything from phone cases to screen protectors and my recent purchase has been a new battery for my iPhone! My battery was loosing power so fast but after just a simple cheap battery replacement my iPhone was working like it should again! The customer service does a excellent job giving you one on one attention to see that u are pleased when you are walking out the door! Love this store and the down to the people that run it.

I’m horrible with technology! So horrible, I’m fact, Verizon told me good luck with this and go visit Cellular Accessories across the street and see if they can correct what you’ve done here.

I went, tail tucked, to them. The store is clean, well organized, open concept and multiple service people. They were busy, but got to me quickly. I was helped by Jesse. I explained how I had broken my iPhone 13. I apologized for making such a mess. He was kind and didn’t make me feel guilty or dumb. He patiently explained what might have helped for future reference and assured me I wasn’t the only person to make that mistake. (He did admit we were rare)

Prior to working on the phone, he explained to me my options, the potential repercussions, and why the solutions he had in mind might not work. He prepared me a worst case scenario quote and gave me a reasonable timeline to expect for the depth of the repair. He answered the rest of my possibly ignorant questions with patience and consideration. He coached me through my choices, so I felt heard and like I was making a good decision.

They were able to effectively repair my phone, under the projected cost AND under the projected timeline.

I didn’t realize the selection and repair service capabilities of this company. I’m so pleased to be able to recommend them! This is a great store to have available for phone repairs. I was so happy I impulsively purchased a celebratory popsocket!

They’re great! I came here looking to get my screen fixed after I shattered it a few days back. They got the job done relatively quickly and it turned out to be cheaper than I thought. There’s not much more I could’ve asked out of these guys. Overall great job
