McDonald's

As always I love this franchise...some of the other local places aren't doing as well in our area. Their food not done right, window staff sometimes indifferent...sad!!! Why can't we all just get along with each other...life too short..

It's been quite a while since I went to this McDonald's. We quit going because of the hatefulness and the screwed up orders. But today I was there for breakfast, and they have hired sweetest little girl (she has red tipped hair) who was so super polite to both me and the other customers that she waited on. She tries really hard with a great attitude, and to me that's what matters most. The food was also fresh and the order correct. She seemed to be pretty happy with her job which was also something I haven't seen there in years. Today's visit prompted me to revise my review to a positive one.

McDonald’s isn’t usually my go-to but it was the only fast option in a tiny town so we gave it a chance. I also never order fish sandwiches but decided to try one this time. Freaking amazing!!! Drive thru was super fast and efficient. Fish sandwich somehow tasted super fresh, the buns were perfect and fluffy and everything was hot and perfectly crispy. I wish I could give you 10 stars — y’all did amazing!!

I get special hamburgers because I don't like pepper in the seasoning. They made them perfect for the 3 times I've gone there.

The McDonald’s in Dover TN is my favorite. I stop every time I come through town bc it’s always been hot and fresh. I’ve always gotten great customer service. Lily helped me the other night at the window and she was a very pleasant worker. These days it’s hard to find a fast food restaurant without attitude, but she was super friendly. The food was so fresh my husband had me go back and get him more.

I eat there every Friday on my lunch break, and the service is always outstanding and quick. So I'm sending a shout-out to the staff of the Cadiz McDonald's!!!! Thank you for taking care of me pleasantly and quickly without fail.

Ok, I am not a fan of McDonald's usually- it's usually cold or overcooked or whatever. But my husband & I got quarter pounders here that were unbelievably good! They deserve this praise!

The service was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and hot. It was very clean.

I try to avoid McDonalds most of the time due to the quality of the food and service. I had to stop here on a road trip for a restroom break and a quick breakfast sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised. I got my food very quickly, the restroom was clean, and the staff was friendly. Please give the morning manager a raise. She was on top of things.

The coffee was made to my order chicken nuggets were excellent customer service spot on great place to come it has renewed my faith in McDonald's

Skinny young manager girl is always so nice and tries to make sure everything is done right it's the only McDonald's where it actually still looks like the picture.. but then again I just think people in Stewart County care more

Great customer service and great food and the restaurant was absolutely sparkling clean!! These folks take pride in every aspect of operations and it shows!!

I love the sausage and biscuits! A great place to have a meal! I miss the XL iced coffee cups though. Hoping those are brought back. Absolutely friendly staff that knows how to move it! They've had large numbers of breakfast sandwiches ready in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes after calling in my order.

This McDonald’s was very clean. The young staff was very professional, friendly, and they wasted no time in filling orders, although rather busy on the Saturday evening. The wait-time was very short. The food was hot and fresh. It stands-out as a good experience, especially being that many fast food places do not exhibit the qualities of good customer service very much nowadays. This location was also very convenient to Fort Donelson, where we were camped that weekend. I was rather surprised that the area was not busier on a Satuday evening, but even entering and exiting was convenient and easy.

The drive-thru was fast and had our food hot and ready in no time. The chicken biscuit was very delicious.
