We purchased a California King mattress from Sleep Outfitters, and we are delighted with our mattress. The process of selecting and purchasing was made so easy by Greg Golden! He explained the differences in mattresses, listened to our need for back support, and recommended the mattress we are now sleeping peacefully on. I just want to give a shout out to Katie Donaldson! She was filling in at the Cool Springs store a few days ago when I stopped in with some questions about an adjustable base. I'd already had an active quote in their system, but from another store, so was only looking to get some answers and then proceed with placing my order at my home store.

It just so happened that Katie was working at this location this day and not only did she answer all my questions and then some, but she even completed my order for me (with all commission going not to her, but to the sales associated at my home store who'd originally helped me).
