O'Reilly Auto Parts

We recently had an oil line burst while driving through Waynesboro on a Sunday evening. We were within sight of O’Reilly’s and pulled in. Caleb was helpful to inspect the problem and Debbie made calls to local wrecker services and mechanics and quickly checked inventory to verify the store had the replacement part in stock. She gave us hospitality with water, info on the local hotel since we were 1 1/2 hours from home, ATM and food locations. Luckily, the wonderful, local mechanic was able to make the repairs on site. Debbie remained at the store after closing time to make sure we got on the road safely. This level of service is unheard of these days. Small towns are the best! Thank you again, Debbie!

Went in 2 days in a row. Steven and Caleb were extremely helpful. Both gave extremely good customer service.

It's an O'Reilly's... Almost everything you need is in the store. If not; it can be ordered and be at the store the next day!

Not only can these guys get anything I've ever needed ordered, they're very reasonably priced. Furthermore, I couldn't imagine a more friendly and helpful bunch of people. It I have questions, they answer the question and then explain the answer. Every time I deal with these guys, I learn something new about the car I'm calling about. Wonderful place, would recommend any day.

Although I've had a few negative experiences with customer service at this establishment; today was MUCH different. I didn't quite catch the man's name, but WOW at the customer service I received today!! Will update when I figure out the employee who helped me so much today..
Not only did he direct me to an item suited for my vehicle, but he also saved me approximately ten dollars.. then went out to my car with me and checked my transmission's fluid level, grabbed a funnel, and already had the product I purchased drained in to the transmission!

They where very helpful today but I went in yesterday afternoon the older man was not nice I put my stiff on counter and walked out I want never go back in if he working

My daughter and I are on our way to a wedding today. Had a flat tire in Waynesboro. Thank goodness God put us in the parking lot of this O'Reilly's. Two of the nicest men changed our tire, in the rain, with problems with the jack ..we can't thank you enough for helping us out .
