This one is a hometown favorite. The food is comfort food. There's a decent variety of choices on the menu for whichever mood you're in. The prices give you a lot of bang for your buck, because there's always a really good amount of food on the orders. The seasoned fries are a must try item if you stop by here.

Bentley had the fish plate which was the lunch plate special that day for only $5. I had a BLT and it was like $7. Our drinks was maybe $3 each. It wasn't crowded inside, however, their were alot of callin orders while we were there... But it never stopped us from getting wonderful service. I'll admit, I haven't been here in a while because I didn't have a great experience the last time, This time was BY FAR so much different... WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE RETURNING... I'm sure a lot more frequently as well 🙂. Service was top notch. Bacon on my BLT was a little chewy, but only cause it was really thick bacon. I mean I don't expect perfection 😂 😂 😂 There's no way, in my opinion, that anyone could get that bacon crisp... Overall, 5 out of 5 stars. Definitely our #1 go to again... So excited.

This restaurant is a true small town gem. The friendly staff provided us with a delicious meal in a very cozy and unique atmosphere for a great price.

Very good experience. Fantastic Patty Melt. Fantastic Zesty onion rings. I was seriously impressed. My wife had the cheese burger. She loved it. They do not skimp on the beef. Great service too. Cool store too.

Best breakfast I have had in a long time , the omelet was perfect . You can tell the tots where cooked in clean grease and the service was amazing .

Really cute place, very nostalgic, good dining experience overall. The portions were huge, the food was good and the service was excellent.

First time here and had a big party..was taken care of well..food was excellent..fish was great and fresh and hot..served was the best ..got a good place to eat in the Boro.

We go there 2 or 3 times a week, it is our favorite place to eat, I have tried almost everything on the menu and most of the daily specials, for me and my wife the burgers are the best everytime. Try them and see for yourselves....Kevin and Sherry !!!

Drove from Muscle Shoals to try it out. We miss the old Hot Rod Cafe. Delicious food and worth the drive. Best burgers and catfish filets. Chicken was delicious. Fried pickles excellent. Definitely be back.

A LOT of food! A lot of choices. Will definitely bring the rest of the family. New favorite place to eat. Did I mention they give you ALOT of food. You will not walk away hungry.

This spot gives phenomenal experience. extraordinary service and yummy meals. One of my favorite restaurants around town. The meals served rapidly and the rates are reasonable. Super nice atmosphere . Totally recommend it and will definitely come back soon. 5 star!

Had a good dining experience. Had the ribeye steak that was pretty tasty, salad was good & fresh. Service was prompt with good communication. Had the burger & fries, burger was slightly overcooked but still had good flavor. Everyone else's food was great!

It was a 1pm lunch on Monday. Excellent quality pulled pork and green bean special. Pleasant, attentive service. Its a smaller intimate atmosphere with a warm, rustic decor. There's also a gift shop.

Would rate 10 star if I could. The food here was probably the best I have had in few years while eating out. Staff is super friendly, prices are good. My wife and I tried this place out other day. Had the deep fried burger and Philly cheese steak. So good! In fact I think I am going to eat here again tonight! Highly, highly and highly recommend this place!

I enjoy their food. Be aware they put seasoning on ALL FRIES unless you tell them when ordering NOT to season your fries.
However they do have good food with good portion sizes. Service is really good as well.
