I am so thankful that Granny was able to stay at Waynesboro Health and Rehab. She was there for almost 2 years, and she thrived! They always had an activity going on or a church service and always had the residents involved, which is wonderful! My Granny loved to be busy! The staff always went above and beyond for her and were always so kind and friendly not only to her, but to the family as well. Our community is so very fortunate to have Waynesboro Health and Rehab!

My grandfather and many other family members have stayed here in the past. I have always been pleased with their care and any of my concerns have been taken care of. They are a great facility, and most of their faculty treat patients as if they are their family!

I've been visiting here for the past few years... the dining/activity area is always decorated nicely, and looks friendly & inviting. The halls are uncluttered and clean, and I have NEVER noticed that "nursing home smell".
The staff have always been friendly & helpful, whether nurse or LNA. They seem genuine in their concern for residents' health & safety, and encourage visits from family & friends.

My Dad is in this facility for rehab. It has a pleasant clean odor. My Dad likes the food. The nurses and staff are so kind and helpful. It is kid friendly as we bring my Dad's 16 month old great-grandson for frequent visits. An extremely good place.

My brother was a resident in this facility for over a year. We had tried other places but they were not what we had hoped for. Here he was so happy. He was thriving! The staff was wonderful. The facility was always clean. We were thankful to have him in a place that we knew he was being well cared for.
