Royal Donuts

This is a cash only establishment but it's good food, good people, and a fair price which makes it a good value. It's called Royal Donuts but there are so many other things that I enjoy from here. Breakfast sandwiches, Kolaches, Apple fritters which always sell out early, cinnamon rolls and cinnamon twists, jelly donuts that they stuff when you order them. And oh yeah, they have donuts, and they're good too. They're closed on Mondays. There are a few tables inside, or you can walk in and get it to go, or use the drive thru.

We are sitting in a donut shop in Florida and reminiscing about how much we miss Royal Donuts. No other donut shop has come close in our family's affections. We fondly remember the cinnamon buttermilk donuts, which were a family favorite. The owners were friendly and the food was always amazing - fresh and flavorful. Simply the best!

Donuts were similar to Dunkin Donuts (I'm not a fan of Dunkin), but they were much better. They had more fluff to them, which made them not feel like bread with icing.

Hit the spot with a few Donuts, will be stopping by again!

The donuts are very delicious, although the selection is limited. Prices are very good. Cash only.

This was our 1st time here. We came the day before but did not know it was cash only, so we did not purchase because we did not have time to go get cash and come back (still giving 5 stars because well I should have checked and everything else made up for it). The couple running this place are very friendly, and they are constantly refilling their stock. Their donuts are so good. My husband said he has never had an eclair that good. Usually, when we get eclairs, there is not much filling and just a bunch of dough, but these are perfect. Every bite had filling! This place is a must. Just don't be like us and make sure you bring cash, lol, or you won't get your donut fix.

This is BY FAR the BEST donut shop around. The staff is super friendly and you can't forget a sausage Kolache. The only downside is it is cash only. But will go out of our way to go here.

Tasty food, but the place where this shop really shines is the customer service. The staff is kind, friendly, and they seem genuinely happy to be there. I'll definitely visit again.

I’ve lived in Cibolo for 13 years & I just went to Royal Donuts for the 1st time. Man, I had no idea what I was missing. The eclair was delicious as was the kolache (bread was so yummy; I usually throw away the bread & just eat the sausage…but not this time) & the supreme breakfast taco was so savory; the salsa had a nice kick. I even took some treats to go. I just found my new go-to Donut place. “Donut” forget to bring cash, as you can’t use your plastic to pay.

Best, I mean BEST kolaches and donuts in town! I was impress by the kolaches quality and size 😲 the owners are very nice and welcoming folks, go to the ATM and get some cash 💵 and stop by!!! This is where now I get goodies for events and morning gatherings, you won’t regret it. Let’s continue to support small business around Schertz.

Great donuts. The best kolaches in the shcertz cibolo area. I’ve been a few times and always forget it’s cash only. That’s the one bummer but I always keep at least a $20 in my wallet so I’m always able to get my donuts in the end lol.

This place has the best donuts in town! They have old fashioned (buttermilk) and maple. Really nice owners and friendly staff. I don’t know why Sh-pl-y’s is such a big hype here- Royal Donuts is the place to be.

Their blueberry cake donuts can make even the saddest of days brighter. The atmosphere inside clears my acne and cures my anxiety.

Best glazed donut options (cinnamon rolls, donut holes, twist, filled donuts, etc.) 👀 They even make their own bread for kolaches. 🤤 I will include pictures later. You MUST go visit this family owned and ran place. Look for the neon sign in the window, the sign outside doesn't light up and is TX sun faded. Plz bring cash to this location (helps them keep their product pricing down).

I've passed this place for 3 years and have always wanted to try their doughnuts, but never got around to stopping. This morning I went and had their regular glazed doughnut and breakfast tacos,and let me tell you... that it was the best $2 bucks I've spent being here in Texas! Their doughnuts remind me of home (Waimanalo, HI), and tacos were nice and fresh. Enjoyed a relaxing breakfast in their dinning area. Nothing can beat a lil mom and pop shop! Definitely my favorite doughnuts joint. Will be returning to enjoy more.

Best donut shop around. We've been going here since they first opened their doors. Everything is made fresh daily and delicious. The Owners work hard to make sure they give the best customer service A+++
