Store very clean and well laid out. Particularly impressed with their level of service. As soon as I walked in a young man asked if he could help me find some thing and then not only directed me to it but walked me there and then helped me pick out the exact item I needed. Upon check out, I was walking to the registers and the lady from the returns counter saw me and called me over and said that she could check me out a Servino waiting in her line. Exceedingly friendly and courteous very impressed with the level of service.

Stan really helped us out! My girlfriend was looking everywhere for a certain product for her new job which has her out of town for the week (so unfamiliar area to her). I called the store for her to check availability and they only had 2 left of this product. Stan answered the phone, found the item, and even took it to the service counter for her to pick up quickly and easily so she could make it on time to her first day (she had already checked 3 other Home Depot’s and 2 Lowe’s between the previous night and this morning). Shout out to Stan, he’s the man!

Melissa was awesome with my return, probably couldn’t have had a better associate she got everything on the receipt (Ryobi drill combo) and even the protection plans so I got my money back in full!
Another gentleman a bit older with white hair, he offered me 10% off of a damaged packaging of drill bits so had a great shopping experience all in 20 mins, staff like that goes a long way! Give them a raise!

Stopped in to get some lumber for a project I have going. There was an associate at hand to quickly help me cut the wood. Going through the self checkout, I was immediately assisted with the process. I actually got assistance at this store, versus employees aimlessly ducking any sort of work.

Great customer service. Eric looked over my list of possible purchases to let me know what's in the store currently. Sylvia in appliances helped us get the mini fridge that we chose. Both were very personable and helpful.

Grant, helped me with all of the needs that I had and went out of his way to assist me with everything that I needed. Thank you to Grant for being one of the last lights of hope on this planet, his customer service skills were through the roof!

Never thought I'd reach the level of adulthood where I'd have a preference of hardware stores but after recent home renos working with home depot has been much more enjoyable than lowes.
In the event there have been order delays they communicate updates and do their best to rectify the situation. Returns are also easy and quick! Great customer service.

There may have been a bit of a wait for assistance, but the on site manager was very helpful in getting us out quickly... good staff.....pretty good exerience...well stocked store

This Home Depot.location is by far the best Home Depot I've been! Mr. Jim who used to manage the paint department is like the go-to person of just about anything you have questions in the store! Manager Kim is amazing as far as getting my pick up item delivered fast, Ms. Gail in the garden center is always a great interaction and Mr. Henry is like the bomb when it comes to my children!!!!

We went to buy Plumbings tools and found a set marked $100 off on black Friday.

Very nice atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping trip there.
