Publix Super Market at Lake Crossing

Friendly staff. The cookie cake I purchased was a bit dry and crumbly. The sourdough bread is very good! I had my first Boar's head sub sandwich and it was superb! The price was very fair too. The store was very clean and they had everything I needed to buy that day. Will shop there again when I am in that area.

I went to this location last night 1-21-24 to get some meat. I couldn't find any chicken livers on the shelf. I Believe the associates name was Matt, He saw me looking for something and approached me and asked if he could help with anything. He apologized that they were out of chicken liver in fresh meats. He took me over to frozen and found the livers! I am short so I knew I was going to have a hard time reaching. He reached and retrieved all the containers needed for me! He also pointed out that they also sold beef and calf livers in the frozen section. Now that's Premier Service! also, at check-out register associate named AL was so friendly. He approached me promptly asked how my evening was going. helped me with my grocery bags. really great service. I had more than a couple of bad experiences at this location's Deli. not only they have messed up my online orders a couple of times but when I go get something in person their service also tends to be negative. so, I was hesitant to give this Publix my business. They really need to work on the Deli at the location. I rather drive all the way to other side of the town at Lexington place for my deli foods then to go to this one. The customer service experience there is a stark difference. The Lexington place Deli seems to be run so well and all the associates are so nice there! the managers Amanda and Beverly there always go above and beyond. I remember their names well!

Very well kept and clean store location in a nice area. Can always fine what I need and the staff is always extremely helpful. It can definitely make it worth paying a little extra for groceries with how poorly kept and poorly staffed other grocers can be.

Great addition to Redbank I love the fact that I can get my prescriptions filled and grocery shop at the same location. produce always fresh. I love the substation. Overall, this location is clean and well stopped. Never had a bad experience.

I've shopped at this store since it opened, and it's never been anything other than wonderful. It's always very tidy and clean, the staff is super helpful and kind, and they always have exactly what I'm looking for. They have a wonderful selection of produce and meats, which are always fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this store for any kind of needs, from the pharmacy to the food they have a wide range of services.

This Publix is held at the high standard that all Publix stores are. The people are friendly and kind, and the store is well kept. The aisles are free of debris and clutter and are all very well stocked and organized.

We had no issues finding everything we wanted and needed. We were also checked out by a cashier on her first day. We both told her how great she was doing, we couldn't even tell it was her first day!

We had a lot going on, but something positive had just happened right before we shopped here. What surprised us and uplifted our day ad well was that the sweet girl that was bagging our items had a name we will never forget... Faith.

Those beautiful ladies were a bright spot in our lives for a brief time. To miss Jessica and miss Faith! Thank you so much for being awesome and keep those smiles ladies! You are doing wonderful jobs, and you have your whole lives ahead of you!

I love Publix. The stories always clean and there's always someone willing to help you. The employees are so nice here and it's just a breath of fresh air compared to any other grocery store.

They stock hard to find items at most other stores. Deli is really good. $5 sushi on I believe it's Tuesdays but don't hold me to that. May want to double check with store.

Clean, friendly, love the bakery birthday cake was delicious, love the apple fritters love the deli, sub sandwiches are less expensive than the Subway chain, delicious and you get more food. Good customer service.

Always Clean and Fresh Items to choose from. Staff is polite and helpful when engaged. They usually have several registers open!

I do not live in an area that we have a Publix. But! When we are in Lexington, I always stop by the one in redbank. The staff are always amazing, and very helpful. I hate to keep using the word love, but omg! They have the BEST fresh pasta and OMG again (lol) they have the a Alfredo sauce that is beyond amazing. Its as close to homemade/resturant style that you can buy. It's SOOOOOOO good. I've also had to use their pharmacy lately.

The staff is so incredibly nice/helpful and kind. I'm going to eventually transfer all of my prescriptions there. The pharmacy that I'm currently using is just a hot mess (Orangeburg neighborhood market), and it's ridiculous how much that their staff is anything but helpful, professional and they are sometimes beyond professional. So, yeah! I'm going transfer everything over as soon as I can make that happen.

Love their seafood especially. This store always has very fresh produce as well. If you are looking for something and can’t find it, Publix will probably have it.

Today was a quick visit, but had exactly what I was seeking. Not every store has a good variety of G Huges keto friendly sauces, but Publix is very keto friendly. Picked up a couple other keto staples. In and out in 10 minutes.

The store is always clean and well stocked. They have a great selection of products for every lifestyle. The staff are friendly and exceedingly helpful. They have a great bakery and deli selection as well as a wonderful fresh produce and even seafood section. I always find what I'm looking for. The in store pharmacy has both a counter and drive through and can handle nearly any of your prescription needs.

I go here all the time. It's always clean, organized, and well-stocked. The employees are super nice and it's a nice environment.

This was my first time shopping at Publix. It was a great experience. Everyone that I encountered was nice. Abby from the deli was very friendly and helpful. I will visit this location again when I'm in the area.

Superb customer service! Always clean, stocked. Far fewer expired perishable foods than the Lexington Place store.

Each publix in our area is a little different, at lake crossing the difference is the salad bar. It's also why this is my favorite Publix this store never disappoints, now they just need the mini carts for the babies and they would be darn near perfection. As they are though still absolutely g👍👍
