Med Choice Pharmacy

I have a child with special needs, and I’m usually calling once a week or so. We’ve used this pharmacy for two years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. They are so helpful and patient. Jessica is always on top of my daughter’s compound medicine. The delivery person is so kind, too! I’ve used a half dozen pharmacies over the years and this is the absolute best.

Toni Tackett is amazing!! I went to the hospital on Monday night and I have a really bad inner ear infection, outer ear infection, in my ear canal is infected. The pharmacy that I usually go to which is Sav On, said they didn't have it said they ordered it but two days later I still don't have it and they hadn't ordered it. So I went to FB to complain and Toni messaged me and asked me what ear drops it was so she could see if they have it and low and behold they did, thank goodness!!! Because the other pharmacy said most pharmacies don't carry it so I'm very very thankful that Tony messaged me and I'm going to be able to get my ear drops today since I've waited 3 days now!! Thank you Toni you are the best!!

I thought the CVS giant was great but then i heard about MedChoice and Susan. They are HANDS DOWN the BEST pharmacy & pharmacists i have ever used. Susan Jody and Nick remember my name and know some of my medical history so they keep me going on my many scripts!! What a wonderful group of people. I love going to see my pharmacists its a real pleasure!

I stopped here by chance when I was at my work sponsored medical facility, Micare. I was having serious lung issues and needed medication quickly. They were polite and understanding and had my prescription filled within five minutes. This was almost 2 years ago, they have been my primary pharmacy every since.

I used to dread going into Walmart, Walgreens, and even CVS. They always took an unreasonably long time, and didn’t seem thrilled at all during busier times to rush anyone‘s prescriptions. These concerns have long been a complaint of the past.

As long as I live here in NorthEast Texas, MedChoice will always be my number one choice, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a GREAT pharmacy!

We met Dr. Miller over 15 years ago when she worked for another pharmacy. My wife is not easily impressed, but when Dr. Miller left to open her own office my wife informed me that we were going to follow her if she was within 30 miles! Fortunately she moved only a couple of miles further and we couldn't be happier. Unlike many franchise pharmacists we have dealt with, she has always listened and tried to help if possible. Not only that but more than a couple of times she has caught a M.D.'s mistake. Another perk - we started getting all our vaccinations from Dr. Miller because they are virtually painless!

Excellent pharmacy. They are fast, they are polite and they stock most prescriptions. They placed my unusual medication in their inventory. They have partially filled medications that were expensive.

Do not waste your time with the national chains; buy local and enjoy some real customer service.

These great folks opened their doors for me on a Sunday to take care of an prescription I badly needed before surgery. A super helpful bunch people, and always friendly.
