Really great people working here. My husband was dispatched a load that picked up in Gallatin, TN and found out when he arrived to pick up the load that it was to be delivered at 2:40 pm and they stopped/closed at 3:30. No way we were going to make that happen considering we picked load up around 1130 am and was going to lose an hour. He called them to advise them of his arrival time and explained the situation and asked what they wanted him to do. They told him to come on the guy that would unload him was going to wait for him. We arrived and the gentleman was waiting. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. We really appreciate him waiting on us and he saved is from sitting in this load for the weekend. Thank you very much!! We hope to see you all again soon.
