It's so easy to sell too! I posted some of my great finds! It's always the first place I look for my girls clothes, shoes, books, and toys.

Once upon a Child has been an absolute blessing to my family for the past five years! The manager and staff at Cary location consistently provided exceptional service, creating an environment that genuinely cares about both children and parents. The unique offering of purchasing clothes and later, exchanging them for money is a game changer especially as children rapidly grow. This consignment store not only helps parents economically, but also contributes to a sustainable and responsible approach in the community. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to pay it forward and extend my heart felt thanks for being a source of support to families like mine. Keep shining bright!

First time in Thursday, sold some of my items and thought it was a fair exchange. Great selection of clothes for all ages, even for boys. Will be back ! Staff were friendly and very helpful.

I called ahead to make sure they were accepting items and if I could bring in two bins. The lady I talked to was very informative, kind, and knowledgeable. I came the next day and asked if it was okay that I brought two bins in (things change due to intake or capacity) and they said yes for both bins. The women working were all so sweet and efficient. My items were done within 45 minutes (and I had A LOT). My kids wanted books but couldn’t Reach some and an employee brought over a stool so we could reach and see (not because we asked, because she saw us reaching).
I was genuinely surprised at my offer for the items I brought in and was far more than I anticipated. I thought it was more than far, and I can’t wait to come back to sell when I have enough items to fill a bin. By far the best once upon a child, ever. Service is above and beyond. Bravo to the employees and owner for hiring such amazing women.

I travel from Cameron to come to this store because it’s the best one near me. I love their new baby program and their sales are incredible. I’ve found some quality stuff- like Kyte baby and nested bean sacks for under $10. I’ve had no issue with customer service like others have mentioned and I come to this store every chance I get.

The owner is so sweet and she really cares about her business. She owns both Durham and Cary and she gives excellent customer service. I wasn’t satisfied with the service I was given in Durham and she sincerely apologized about it and I thought how many owners wouldn’t do that! Thank you! I will give Durham another try now :)

Such a great place to stock up on children's clothes, particularly when they grow so fast! Their clothing has always been in pristine condition, the associates helpful and pleasant. Selling to them has also been streamlined making for an incredibly efficient and easy process. Love taking store credit so I can get the new sizes in seasons that I need. Thrilled they moved in to this spot in Cary.

Super friendly staff, and a great place to find inexpensive clothing for your child. Also a great place to sell your clean, gently used kids' items.

they have such a big selection of used children’s clothes! Everything was sorted by size. Good prices too. I needed baby shoes and 2 bathing suits. i found so many great options I left with that and more.

they were very organized with purchasing my stuff. i dropped off a couple big bags and they processed it in about 2 hours and text me when it was complete.

Bodysuits are 10 for $10, so enough said! Plus once my baby grows out of then I can take them back and sell them back to the store and pick up more. Will definitely be returning, pretty big haul for $60.

Very kind staff and clean space! I had a ton of stuff I brought in and they had a convenient app that told me when they’d be done with my clothes. They were so quick. And I was very excited with the amount of cash I earned!!! I also found some great things for my kids while I waited.

I’m so happy to see this store in cary. I shopped at the Durham location for years, and just moved to cary. I can always find name brand clothing at great prices. Great place to purchase quality clothes on a budget. Plus The staff is always very friendly, and the clothing is organized by size and color, so it’s very easy shopping.

Very clean. Very impressed with selection. Prices are a little higher than your average thrift store but organization and quality of items definitely make up for it. Will definitely return soon!

The store was full of clothes! Fortunately, they were sized and hung! There were several really nice bedside bassinets in EXCELLENT condition! I purchased some “play” clothing ans 2 toys!
