Fusion Nine Restaurant | Indian food restaurant in Morrisville, North Carolina

We had the most amazing time at Fusion 9. The food was amazing. The service was spectacular. Our host was a young lady Kritika and she was great. We had a last minute family celebration and were almost there at closing time but they accommodated us and made us feel at home. I will definitely return here with my family and friends for the hospitality and the food. The bartender made amazing cocktails too!

This is a great place to go if you are an Indian food lover who has a SO or friend who doesn't like Indian. Fusion restaurants for the win!

I met up with a friend here. They have a beautiful covered outdoor space and great variety on their menu. We got spring rolls, my friend got an Indian dish that she really liked, and I got a chicken fried rice that was excellent!

The parking is a little crazy (it only has a few dedicated spots and otherwise shares a parking lot with a gym, but don't let that stop you

Food is amazing. Don’t miss on the karvepau chicken and the lollipops, pretty close Indian taste and the chilli sauce that comes with it is super delicacy. Fried rice was okayisn with more pepper and less salt but tasted equally good.

We got there super late, and they still seated us. 🥹 It took a while to get menus and waters brought to us, but our orders came pretty quickly. The samosas were really good, and my chicken korma was delicious! Price-wise, it’s a little more expensive than some of the other Indian/Nepalese food in the area, but not by a crazy amount. The food is quite spicy, and they didn’t tell us if we could adjust the spice level. However, the flavors were truly delicious, and it seemed authentic (my boyfriend and I were the only non Indian people there). Service was slow but good!

I recently visited Fusion 9, an Indian restaurant, and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and what impressed me the most was the perfect balance of flavors without being overly spicy. We ordered the Kadhai Chicken, which was packed with flavor, along with the Bullet Naan and Pan-Fried Chicken Dumplings, both of which were simply delightful. The service was quick, ensuring we didn’t have to wait long for our meal. Another highlight was the great entertainment provided for kids, featuring the all-time favorite Tom and Jerry. Overall, Fusion 9 offers a fantastic dining experience with tasty food, prompt service, and entertainment for the whole family. Highly recommended!

Waiting staff did a great job explaining the menu. Checked on us just the right number of times with a friendly smile. Food service is great.

Naan must be tried, Warm and crispy. My favorite is Chicken Curry with a nice blend of spices and rich taste. I love all their starters but Apollo fish and mushroom pepper fry is my favorite. Also love their burger.

The food and service here are excellent.

We had the paneer Tikka (comes to the table all sizzling), chilli chicken, and veg Hakka noodles. All were excellent, spicy and flavorful. We also ordered the sizzling fudge brownie for dessert which true to its name comes out sizzling.

The atmosphere is nice but relaxed definitely a great place to grab a beer.

Service a bit slow, which would have been fine if I didn't only have 1hr and 15 min to eat before picking my kid up at soccer! Food was good, however if you aren't much on spicy, make sure to ask with little spice! Flavors are great and desert was amazing!!

We always have a great time here. Chill vibes, cozy ambience and very flavorful food. The service staff is always really pleasant and attentive. Kritika and the other staff take really good care of us every time we visit, which is quite often. They know what we like and always make great recommendations for us to try. Last night we had the Paneer Tikka, Mughlai Chicken, Garlic Naan. It was all fresh and flavorful. They have the best naan in the area.

I went here with a group of friends at the recommendation of several local Indian residents in the area. I am so glad I did. We basically did a tasting tour of numerous appetizers and entrées on the menu. I love that they have three different types of naan bread, butter, garlic and a chili spice. And the appetizer menu we tried the crispy corn kernels which were delicious, the chicken and dumplings, fried jalapeños, and tempura eggs we’re all very interesting and flavorful. We also enjoy the chicken biryani, the chicken tikka kebab and the paneer tikka kebab. The place has a great atmosphere, at night they have a DJ with dancing and great energy. You can dine indoors or out. It’s a great authentic Indian restaurant but also as a fusion restaurant if you’ve never tried to Indian this is a great first step and you will definitely want to go again and again. I highly recommend Fusion Nine. ♥ (oh and not to forget ask for our favorite waitress > Brooke with an E :).

We had excellent dinner with the friends and family here. We had option of sitting indoors or outside on patio, we sat outside. The service was prompt and efficient.
We ordered mild spicy food for kids and medium for grown ups.
The food was delicious, everyone loved the taste. Chicken was well cooked and tender, the menu is innovative. After really long time, eaten the chicken momos that I used to eat at Dilli Haat (in New Delhi India), felt nostalgic.
Definitely worth trying. Will definitely visit again.

Great place. Love the decor and the hosts. Loved the food and interiors. The food is not typical indian or American but it is indeed a fusion.
This is going to be my regular place to hangout.
They have a lovely patio in the front and they have plans to expant patio sitting on both sides.

Update- recently saw that they are expanding their outdoor patio and that is going to be really good as this place is always crowded and needed more tables

Update 08-23 - still the beat place for food!

This was the best food I’ve had in a while. I’ve literally never rated better fusion food in Cary in my life, and coming straight from India, that’s a big compliment.

Basant was an amazing waiter, and the entire team was amazing.

Finally had a chance to try this spot and glad we did. Atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Our server, Angel, was amazing; and, the appetizer we ordered, along with our entrees, were delicious. Prices were very reasonable. Looking forward to coming back and trying additional items on the menu!

We loved the overall ambiance of Fusion 9 with good food. Celes, the server, took good care of us and was very warm and pleasant.

She explained the dishes very well and helped us to choose from pool of items.

Chicken Chili: 4/5 (found it more salty than usual, still very well made and nicely done)
Pukhet Fish: 5/5 (its Tilapia fish served with their own sauce)
Chicken F9 Curry: 4/5 (served with Basmati rice, we liked it)

My friend has the Long Island Tea from their spirits menu and enjoyed it a lot.

Overall very good evening dinner at lively restaurant.

We tried several restaurants in triangle area. Usually, many restaurants are best in their signature 1 or 2 dishes. However, Fusion 9 proved it to be wrong by providing several savory dishes all in one order. We placed a food order for an event (Curry leaf chicken, Chicken 65, Boneless chicken biryani). The food certainly exceeded our expectations and one of the highlights of the event was the food. Surprisingly, all these items are winners, a complete sellout. We highly recommend Fusion 9 to all our friends and will continue having their food in future.

Fantastic meal with great drinks. It’s so close to home we didn’t even know what a gem this place is!! Our favorites were the Chicken 65 app and the Palak Paneer. If you get a chance to sit outside, enjoy the vines and fruiting plants!

Excellent restaurant with excellent food. On top of that, they have impeccable customer service. They were nice enough to place an order for me right before close and very accommodating when I explained my girlfriends allergies. They took extra care to make sure everything was done properly and I was satisfied. Baasanth was particularly very helpful and very kind.

Mutton and Chicken pulao was amazing 🤩 never tasted for a long time and it was a big Sunday treat 😁 Apart from that starters were good 👍 worth the money 🤑
