I contacted Anchor Auto via email about a used vehicle. I received an immediate reply. Jay was my contact and he is very approachable and extremely professional. He knew all the details about the vehicle and was able to answer every question I had. I drove from GA to pick up the car and I was able to meet Jay in person. He and all the other staff are incredible. They welcome you as a friend and are very professional. I will look to them when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Also, their price of the car is thousands less than other dealers.

Purchased a beautiful f250 powerstroke from Jay. He was not pushy, answered any questions i had and made the process very easy. The lady in finance was wonderful to work with as well.
Minor hiccup after a few days my check engine light came on. Spoke to the Owner, Sam and he made sure that the sensor that mulfunctioned was replaced and covered the cost. Honest business and went out of their way to make sure my truck was good to go.

Was very skeptical about buying from a used car dealership for my first car after all the war stories I’ve heard from friends/family as well as online, but this place is truly like a diamond in the rough. Jay was perfect and took great care of me throughout the whole process. On 19 April 2024, I was having a rough day. Was going to look at a truck at another dealer ship and they had already sold it. I was about to give up and during lunch I was still searching in the area. I ended up at anchor auto outlet and was greeted by Jay. He was not like any other sales person, he let me see the truck without being over my shoulder and I respect that. Ended up liking the truck and he continue to help me through the process. The dealership is hidden but it’s very clean and everyone is super nice. I recommend them 100%.
