They were so efficient. Took my information over the phone and once I was finished purchasing my truck all I had to do was go in and finish up everything. The rates were phenomenal and it was great being back to a face to face transaction.

Just recently to celebrate my eighteenth birthday, my father took me out to learn the basics of "being an adult". One of the various stops on our journey was no further than your own local Farm Bureau. I recall very vividly the contrast of the cold, bitter weather outside and the warm welcoming feeling inside. No sooner than I entered the door was I greeted and asked how their staff could serve me. We were looking for a Blake Warren. Immediately, we were escorted directly to his office. He sat and talked with me about plans and what most people elected to do, as well as the pros and cons of each choice I may soon be making. Blake provided highly knowledgeable insight and a true desire to help. I left knowing that despite the fact I was stepping into the next part of my life I would not be going alone, I could always depend on my new friends at the Farm Bureau insurance to help me comprehend and thrive in the world ahead.

We've been fortunate to never had to file a claim but just after the storm our AC unit went out not knowing if lightning hits struck the unit or if it was just a coincidence I filed a claim with Farm Bureau. Blake Warren our insurance agent had someone here within the hour We also called James heating and cooling who also had someone here within the hour I was very impressed in how Farm Bureau handled the situation ended up that it could not be conclusive that lightning had struck the unit and likely won't receive any insurance on the repair.... still waiting. They were still very responsive very concerned because I had mentioned that our breaker had thrown he thought that the electricity was out in the whole house and food was spoiled lol.... Big shout out to Blake Warren and the insurance adjuster who came so promptly hope I never have to call again but I have confidence the same thing will happen great service thanks a lot
