Peace, my first time here and the service is so on point. The young man handled all orders calmly, pleasantly and accurately None of the many requests shook his demeanor while continuing to take orders. I ordered the tilapia and it was absolutely wonderful. Fried perfectly just the way I like it and great seasoning. My guest did not enjoy her wings buuuut they Gladly replaced what she didn’t eat. His understanding will definitely will make me a return customer! Pretty quiet dining; fabulous: Strawberry Fanta!!!!! We ate in. I already called to tell hubby;)

First time here services was awesome so nice and efficient. Food was good too surprised with the amount we got.

I love this place. The Thai Chilli wings are amazing!!!! Love love love! The only thing bad thing about this spot is the drinks. Every single drink in the store taste like it’s desperate for sugar. I still recommend just don’t waste your money on a drink. Also a lil pricey 18$ for 10

I pickup here as a delivery driver often; the staff is always pleasant. Today I ordered 20 wings and a Philly.. everyone loved the wings and my Philly was yummy!! Will definitely be back.

Really enjoy eating the food here!!!

UPDATE: So this is my first visit since all the restrictions have been lidded from the pandemic. With that said, I understand and respect the staffing shortage. However, what I can't accept are the two line cooks on their phones the entire time. Orders are ready, and they just let them sit there. The person before me ordered a simple chef salad and had to ask twice for her food. I've been in the restaurant industry, so I respect the order of the house(cooks aren't runners). The person who ordered some significant time after me asked, "How did i get my food before you?" I smiled and responded, "unfortunate sign of the time. Have a great weekend." After another two people placed their order, I finally asked one of the cooks if I could get my food?

I'm not sure if this location is under new ownership and/or management as the line cooks were helping the new person with the register each time she had questions.

The food is still good, I'll give them time to get the service level back up.

Wife snagged dinner from here.. the wings are so much better than the "wing spots". They're not huge but were crispy and very flavorful, just the way I like them.

Food is unbelievably good!!! Everything is fantastic! Just really , really expensive. If they don't lower their prices, they won't be here long. $20.00 for wings and fries is ridiculous.

This has only been my familie's second time visiting American Deli. Both experiences have been warm welcoming. The employee's vibe between each other has been more family friendly then just business. Which makes for great business. So not lonely is the atmosphere warm welcoming but both times.... our food has been DELICIOUS. Fresh. Made to order and exactly how we ordered. Thank you American Deli for stepping up to the plate. Without a doubt, TWO THUMBS UP!

The best wings in the South east part of Raleigh! Always good service over the phone and in person. Good prices. My favorite wing sauce is family Gold.

The philly sandwich was really good! The wings were tasty and the service was outstanding! The Gyros were good too!

The Wings is A1. I always get the Teriyaki & Garlic parmesan cooked crisp..

This is my go to place for me & my family! The food and staff never disappoint me. My favorite is the wing combo & steak philly! Food is always shown to you before you leave so no complaints.

Had an issue. They corrected it. They're always very nice young ladies. Say no to the Fruit Punch Kool- aid without enough SUGAR UGHHH. FOOD IS GOOD.

Lemon pepper wings were so good, so was the cheesesteak sub … fresh hot and delicious!

I tasted chicken philly and wing, and they were delicious. They give loads of french fries, and drinks are tasty too. The employees were all friendly.
