Bunkey's Car Wash

Honest staff! I went in today to get my daughter's car washed. Selected the basic wash ($22). I wasn't aware that before handing the car over, I had accidentally dumped half the contents of my purse on the floor of the backseat. When I got the car back, it was all in a pile on the seat, including my phone! The car came out great too!

The last full service wash in Cary. I don’t like self service car washes. I don’t want to vacuum my car out or drive it through the wash. The staff does a great wash.

I took my car to Bunkey's to get the interior cleaned because I'm trying to take better care of my things. I bought the Diamond Wash package. They also have gas pumps and offer 15cents/gallon off which you can also combine with your Harris Teeter VIC rewards discount. I left my car and went on some errands and came back an hour and a half later. I saw my car in the parking lot and got excited because it was super shiny. I went in to see if they had my keys inside and a gentleman with an ownerly presence approached me and said they were only able to do the car wash and he couldn't touch the interior because it was too disgusting (my words not his--I think it was really something like the ArmorAll won't be effective without detailing first). My initial reaction was NOOOO because I wanted to be rid of those cheezit crumbs and to be able to see out of my windows. He gave me a refund for the interior stuff and I completely forgot about my keys. I went outside and conferred with my companion about the news I just got. Then I went back in to ask for my keys and asked if they had vacuumed and he said yes, they had vacuumed, dusted as much as they could, and done the windows and I was relieved. I went and looked and it was just what I had wanted it to be, and they had downplayed the work they had done on it. If you have higher standards than me you can schedule detailing with them, but I was just trying to feel like a human again, don't need to be a fancy human. I thought the way he approached me about "not being able to touch the inside" just means he greatly overestimated MY expectations and the fact that he offered a refund means that he does what he feels is right by the customer. Fully satisfied with the service, thanks!

Shannon and Matt were phenomenal. They worked together well as a team and it was just another way that Bunkey's stood out as a top-shelf business. My car came out AMAZING - better than when I got it as a certified pre-owned from the Hyundai dealer. I can't recommend highly enough.

I am not sure these other reviewers have gone to the same place I go to. I have been going to Bunkey's once a week for over a year and a half and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. The fellows that wash my car are very detail oriented and the staff is courteous, which is why I continue to go here. I am now in Raleigh, and drive the extra distance to come to this Bunkey's specifically! I have been very pleased with the service I have received here and the way in which my car has been washed, inside and out. Keep up the great job!

Had interior detailing done on my car. Can't be happier with the excellent work they did. All dog hair gone. I recommend this place and will come back for other services such as regular car wash.

Highly recommend! We took our daughters car in this morning. When the car was finished being cleaned the supervisor looked it over and sent it back for a second cleaning. I am so impressed.

I had a wonderful experience today that I’ve never before had at a car wash! Hadn’t been washed since my grandkids car seats went in!!

I had an interior care detailing! Super detailing was done and they even found a gold necklace that had fallen in the driver’s seat!! Don’t know how I lost it, but since they found that, what more could I ask for??!!??!! Everything was awesome!!

The car wasn’t washed to my liking. It turned out that there was tree pitch (?) on the roof that I didn’t see and they didn’t point out. We had a disagreement about what to do.

In the end the manager did the right thing and rewashed the car. Cleaned the roof. I’m very happy with the response.

The Manager and team produced fast, friendly and great service! When they finished with my car, you would have thought they were advertising and marketing for the Chrysler dealership! My 2017 Chrysler 200, shined like a well polished black onyx. Bunkey's team put TLC into what they were doing. Representing their business with pride and skill, like it were their own vehicle. Friendly staff, did a good job vacuuming and drying my car. Even took special care to tape my rear windshield wiper down. You can also get a discount on gas with every wash!
