Candlewood Suites San Antonio - Schertz, an IHG Hotel

Nice clean and modern hotel. Room was nice size and had everything that I needed. The location had many residents and stores near by many with walking distance. Fitness room just a universal and some cardio equipment. It had what I needed for a week stay. Worth checking out if your in the area. No free breakfast but does have free laundry.

Helpful staff. Very clean accommodations. If a person is 5 ft, a small step stool to get into bed would be helpful. Or just decrease the height of the base so it isn't so difficult to get into bed. If tge person is elderly, that makes the situation especially tough, because the person woud be fearful of falling.

Rooms are very clean and spacious! Stayed here for a week and reminds me of a studio apartment. Also loved the kitchenettes - very modern.

We stayed in a double queen suite for 2 nights on vacation. Beds were comfortable, and had plenty of pillows. Front desk staff was nice and laundry facilities were great (and free!) In order to watch tv, the light switches by the door had to be on, which is pretty annoying. Price wasn't bad, and location was good. I see other reviews about security but we parked out front under the lights in front of the doors and were fine.

I was visiting a friend that was staying at the hotel. Very nice accommodations very nice outside patio.

Great place....beds on point u can rest at night and also the kitchenette is handy if u like to cook your own food. The only downsize...there s no breakfast and stay away from the front desk fridge. Their stuff is EXPENSIVE.......walmart s close

Love candlewood suites no matter where it is except this one in particular had a green pool upon arrival (which they quickly drained and are filling as as speak) and the room I don't suspect was ready to be rented yet but other than that we love the place.... no borrowing of small appliances here though just FYI.

I loved my room, excellent facilities, great attention from all the staff.

Rooms are perfect. Beds are comfy big fridge and microwave. And pool. Not much else you can ask for.

Very friendly and helpful staff at a very well-appointed brand new Candlewood Suites. The rooms are meant for extended stay guests, so you have your own little kitchenette and more area in the room than a normal room.

Stayed here over the weekend and it was great! So many business's next to it so it makes it a very convenient location. Staff was friendly. The inside of the hotel was very clean and welcoming! Would recommend!

This was a very pleasant stay. Staff was executed friendly and courteous. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. They’re following the recommendations of the CDC to ensure all guest are safe.

Super clean hotel, amazing beds, has amazing shampoo and conditioner made my hair super soft and PET FRIENDLY, so hard to find a great hotel that's pet friendly.
