I had a great first time experience here. Wonderful staff, quick efficient service and offered a great value. There’s some crazy specials on their website (May 2024). I hopped on right after this and bagged myself unlimited monthly car washes. We were in and out in a flash even though they were very busy. We could’ve opted to stay in the bay and use their plentiful vacuums another accoutrements for our interior. Next time!

Always very professional service provided by both the staff and the equipment. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to care for my car up and down the eastern seaboard. It’s always nice to be able to clean the vehicle when you’re on vacation or out of town on business.

My SUV is a black car that my son took to the mountains for a trip. That little rascal got mud everywhere on the bottom half of my car. Thank god for Owen! He is truly a blessing, he even went the extra mile to pressure my car before it went it. He was such a sweet boy with a kind heart. Thank you so much!

Best car wash in the area!
The manager and employees are out of this world! They will make you feel like family and they are dog lovers too. My dogs love the tunnel experience and the attention from the manager and employees. I highly recommend the unlimited wash package, best deal to save money.
The tunnel machine/rags do a good job leaving my car squeaky clean. Vacuum cleaners work great and plenty of clean rags and glass cleaner for our use. I usually spend a good hour every time I come to Tidal Wave. There are other car washes in the area that will time limit you, not here. Keep up the great job Tidal wave!

Great company and they have great plans and benefits and I been with them since 2016 at highpoint location and now I relocated to raleigh so the Apex have took the throne and giving me the best service and giving me the best hospitality with great customer service and assistance and have not had single problem and they give u everything u need to detail ur car and its no rush timing overall this company is great and efficient and great value for plans and single washes I have a near top plan Cremaic wash

Very friendly staff and great car wash station! I appreciate how there are super powerful vacuums with a thinner nozzle so you can reach a lot of spaces in your car!

They also have cleaning spray bottles and rags at the vacuum station, which is awesome for really cleaning the car!

I absolutely Love this car wash. My car is just gorgeous after and I am honestly in love with the fact that their vacuums work so well and they go the extra mile by providing rags, and Windex. ..Happy to help with any special request like power spraying the wheel wells or my car matts… I highly highly recommended!!!

I fully enjoyed my visit at tidal wave car wash. My car was nasty from the pollen and this shined my beautiful truck right on up.

This car wash place is actually pretty awesome.

Just look how good it does with my 10 year old Hyundai. The tires look like as if they are brand new and the car smells beautiful. Customer service is friendly and the fact that vacuuming is INCLUDED with the $30 Graphene X4 is sick. You may think I’m overreacting but try it out for yourself!:)

I believe the young man’s name was John. He did an amazing job. I thought I had been inadvertently charged. He not only explain the charges but also made recommendations. Additionally he showed me other service (Matt power washing) which I wasn’t aware of..He provided the old school service that I didn’t believ existed anymore. Good for him!

Tidal Wave is an incredible establishment. Shoutout to Elijah Moss who gave me a great deal, with a month of a free subscription just for simply getting a wash. He was truly the best employee i’ve ever seen at a car wash in my long 75 year old life.

I work for a local car dealership, and I prefer to take my vehicle to tidal wave instead of having our detail department clean my car. If you want a quick and convenient wash for your car you should check them out. Great staff and location.

Just had my first wash at this new Tidal Wave location. The crew was friendly and helpful and the wash itself was the best I've ever had at an automated car wash. At the end, there's actually a 'dryer cloth' that rolls over the car so that it's actually dry! Also, the tire wash and gloss was the best ever--even better than doing it yourself.

This is a good carwash. They have a machine to wash your mats. There are a few things I wish they had. They are a bit pricey, but overall, I was happy with them.
