I had written a detailed assessment of this agency; but I just want to say to people, this agency is not good to do business with. If you just have to, please do not be fooled by the smiles at the front desk, insist that someone from the agency walks through the house with you for the initial assessment. Also, insist on a pre-inspection prior to leaving a home you might be leasing from this organization. I moved into a home they leased and they told me that it had been cleaned out and that they had to evict the prior renters. I needed a home because I had given my Waco lease a 30 day termination note. I have pictures of how fithly even the refrigerator was and this company wants to charge me for a departure cleaning. I have cleared many homes in my 27 years of military service and I know what standards are. Do your research before you go with this company. We stayed in this home for only one year because the support from the realtor was non-existent. I do not know these people and I have no reason to write false statements. I do wish that someone had written a review about this realtor; I would have not have contacted them so this is my effort to try and spare you from getting involved with a realtor that I was not happy with. This is not to put the company down because I do have pictures to back up my claim as to the condition of the home. Just do your research and look around for a realtor.

They are not the people you want to do business with. They only care about making money. We wanted to buy a house and they told us we couldn’t know the other bidders amounts and they assured us they sent in our offer. They never did. It is not their decision to make whether to send in our offer or not regardless of what it is. Another friend of mine called who’s also in the business and they were quick to tell him and laugh about how they never sent in our offer and were quick to tell him but not us what the other offers were on the house. They will only do what’s in the best interest of themselves to get more money out of it. Find someone better!

I rented from this company for 6 years. 5 years at a duplex, and 1 year at a home. I received some of my deposit back on the duplex, but they are charging me almost 1000.00 for who knows what from the house. To this day there has been no contact attempt made to me regarding what this balance is from. I had to find out from a new rental company 8 months later that I even had a balance owed to Gail Roe. I left my forwarding information, and I tried to contact them several times via phone, email, facebook, and eventually filed 2 BBB complaints which went unanswered by the company. My deposit was 750.00 and there is no way the property was left in such a condition to constitute my 750.00 deposit plus an additional 1000. Horrendous company!

Had a family friend that was bullied by one of agents. This agent was very unprofessional and even sent text bribing her to get out of her house. Her rent was paid up until the end of the month and the agent wanted her out two weeks before. Her house she was moving into was not ready and the agent made her life hell. Would not recommend this office to anyone
