I can't say enough good things about this flower shop! I called from Texas, needing a last-minute arrangement for an event the very next day, and they went above and beyond to help me out. Their customer service was incredible, and they truly made me feel like a priority. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and everything was ready on time. The owner called me personally to confirm that the flowers were delivered before the event. Such a blessing to find a shop that cares so much about their customers, even out-of-town ones like me! Highly recommend!

Hubs got me flowers for my birthday as a surprise and boy were they. This arrangement is gorgeous and they smell lovely. And the delivery was hands down the best- hand delivered to my door the gentleman waited for me to answer and then I received a hand written card from my husband with it. I can’t imagine getting a more elegant arrangement anywhere else.

The flowers for my sister’s funeral were perfect! Just what I wanted. Class act! Definitely will recommend to my family in NC

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Truly outstanding customer service and beautiful arrangements! I have always ordered flowers from them for Mother’s Day - this year, Mother’s Day snuck up on me, and I ordered at the last minute (way past the delivery window) and was planning to tell my mother to expect flowers late, on the Monday after Mother’s Day. The Flower Cupboard called me almost immediately after placing my order and said they could deliver the flowers the same day, and within 2 hours, the flowers were there. I know how hard it must be to run a small business and this kind of customer service shows how hardworking they are, and how much they care about making their customers happy. You rarely see such wonderful care and attention from a business these days.

The Flower Cupboard is my favorite place for ordering flowers. They are friendly, helpful, creative, and detail-oriented. Extremely good service! I asked for a spacious wide variety of spring flowers and i was blown away!! This was one of the nicest arrangements ivd ever seen. Large variety if various flower types and most still in full blown a week later. I usually spend around 125 bucks for flowers for my special lady and just super impressed. In Raleigh this will always be my go to for flowers from now on. Great job Flower Cupboard.

Out of state order..found florist on Google. Exceptional reviews. Called to place order for local delivery, florist was very personable and helpful. Took my order and sent me a picture of floral arrangement prior to delivery, along with letting me know time it was delivered. Beautiful arrangement and was delivered within 3 hours of placing order. Fast, efficient very creative, very satisfied. I highly recommend this business.

After my father passed we were going to have the service right after Valentine's day. We knew it would be extremely busy, yet the Flower Cupboard not only set it up for us, they delivered an absolutely beautiful arrangement. We can't thank them enough. They called multiple times to make sure that someone would be there for the delivery, and they made sure to have flowers that were in short supply after Valentine's day.

John and his team created a beautiful and whimsical large altar arrangement for my daughter’s Celebration of Life. John was especially thoughtful while helping me create a vibrant tribute with my daughter’s favorite flowers. He was compassionate and sympathetic while working with me on an order that was difficult for me to place. He also delivered some beautiful flower stems for me to use as decorations at a family dinner after the service. The Flower Cupboard exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely experience.
