I bought my Ioniq 5 last summer from LouAndrew. He was great to work with, helpful, and no super pushy the way some car salespeople can be. Believe me, the pushier they are, the less likely I am to buy. I’ve been back for servicing twice, and they are organized and have comfy chairs, snacks, and water while we wait. I’m glad they were able to move to the bigger space. They needed it!

The salesperson - Gustavo - was very professional, genuine and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about the car we purchased and other vehicles in the Hyundai lineup. Although we did not have an appointment with him, he was very attentive to our needs and was not pushy. I felt like the staff at Johnson were more interested in selling us a vehicle by offering us fair market value on our trade in (2020 Ford Fusion) and not trying to low ball us like other dealers we visited. The warranties Hyundai provides on their vehicles are outstanding, a complete opposite of the substandard warranties provided by other car manufacturers like Ford. Nice to see Hyundai stand by their product, which is not something you see with Ford products.

Excellent dealer to work with. Gustavo was pleasant & quick to respond to all questions. Quick, efficient vehicle search & pricing. Actual paperwork signing process was a little slow, but no matter the dealer that’s always the case in my experience. From initial contact to driving off the lot was under 26hours. Exactly what I wanted for speed, service & value. Highly recommend and would absolutely hesitate to return for another vehicle on the future.

Johnson Hyundai “of Cary” is now “of Apex”. My good friend purchased a car here last night after a bad experience at another Hyundai dealership. She had emailed Johnson’s sales department and gotten a price she was happy with but knew sometimes car dealers change it up on you. They looked up her info (they had it all) and started the process from what they had quoted her online. Without a hassle! It was so efficient, professional and there was never any pressure, just information. From the amazing sales rep, Michael Nguyen, to the informative and fun business manager, Mark Priest, to the absolutely cool and helpful Sales Manager, Johnny Barbaro, the whole experience was a pleasure! Johnny even took care of a numbers mistake on their end without a second thought. I have never been to a better dealer!

The staff was willing and able to work with me to get a deal that matched my budget. Very un-invasive application process, my price limits were respected and I did not feel pressured into buying. The personnel are very friendly, helpful and professional and the facility was bright and clean. I had not been a fan of an additional fee for door and handle guards and special mats, but Johnson Hyundai worked with me and now I am completely satisfied.
