Beautiful store. Well lit, and very clean. Displays were well situated. Not much traffic flow, maybe that's why I had only seen 3 employees in the entire store; 1 in ladies cosmetics; 1 lady in the men's department (she was nice and very helpful), the 3rd lady was in the women's department. I was there looking to purchase a queen comforter set with matching draperies and accessories. Unfortunately, the bedding department was extremely low in stock, and I could get any assistance.

Went in to find a quick gift for my sister. It was after New Year's but i was still able to find a nice gift.

Quiet yet exactly like I remember JcPenney. Haven't been here in a while but definitely gives me vibes and has everything there was back then. Still a great anchor of this mall.

Item was delivered on Friday to the store. I went by on Sunday for pick up. Mary with customer service was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my Item was found. She even called another associate, Stephen. I really appreciate the help I received from them both.

My husband was in desperate need of a pair of dress pants. I feel as though I can always depend on JC Penney. Having said that we were in shock at how little the mall was being utilized. It is sad to see.

Always love Penney's but some locations aren't as good as others. This one is a favorite. Great customer service. Great selections. Great setup. Stocked well. Very clean. Only thing confusing is the two doors out to the mall! Highly recommend.

I bought a watch and when I got home and set it up, it didn't work. I was kinda upset, of course. I took it back and they didn't have another one so they ordered one for me online and had it delivered to my home for free. My customer service rep, Barbara, was totally spot on with everything and amazing! There was absolutely no hassle for me and she did everything she could to make me happy and did so with a great attitude. Thanks Barbara!

Very satisfied! I recieved my shipment 2 days earlier at the store than scheduled. I also took advantage of the clearance ITEMS in the womens section . The staff was extremely helpful with assisting me with FINDING in-store coupons + ordering the items I wanted but weren't in store, so they took care of my on-line purchase. I guess this lady will be back at the store to pick up my shipment when it arrives as well. GREATEXPERIENCE

I asked an associate about an item that was displayed on a mannequin. She actually came out from behind the counter, looked at the tag and took me to the department where I could find the pants. She really went above and beyond. Always impressed with my local JCPENNEY.

FYI to fellow customers-Due to Covid, someone is required to be posted at their dressing rooms. Due to staffing, they do not have anyone. However, I found out today that if you ask a cashier, they will find a manager to allow you to use one!

Went into the big and tall section for men and they had no Nike anything. Does JCPenney's not sell Nike a tire anymore?

Everybody needs to get their clothes and panties they have great looking stuff fits well. Their staff is there to help you they have changing rooms ready at all times lots of things on sale. I highly recommend this store

Allen explains the whole process from start to finish. He trimmed my ends, colored my hair and deep conditioned it. I enjoyed myself. I will definitely return.

I always loved JCPenney's because they have great sales, the staff is always been nice and courteous and it's just been always a great atmosphere they have the petite sizes that I need, when I need them so there's always something that I can get when I need it, or want it. One of my favorite stores to shop. They have a lot of options and helpful associates
