I recently bought a 2010 Mini Cooper from Java Auto Sales and i am very pleased with this car and i appreciate the staff that works there. The owner Mahdi is just the best! he is a very honest and humble person, he took the time to make sure i was helped to find what i was looking for, this would be my second car that i bought from Java Auto Sales. Recently was in the market for a 370z and Java did not disappoint at all! Car was in great condition and priced reasonably. I had been communicating with Somayya over a couple of days for info on an H-3 Hummer. She was responsive via text message. We were coming from 130 miles away, and I asked Somayya to check a few things out on the vehicle prior to coming up as we didn't want to waste our time. She got back with me in about 30 minutes with the info and pictures to our request. I parked my GMC, wife picked me up and we started the drive. When we arrived they were ready for us and we began our inspection. The vehicle was as described and we went for a test drive. The Hummer did well and we decided to purchase. We had previously negotiated a price so there were no on site haggling. The Manager Mehdi started the paperwork. Both associates were friendly and we moved through signing. Temp tag on vehicle we went a mile up the road to meet family for dinner. We locked the Hummer and went inside. My daughter and son in-law hadn't arrived so we weren't ready as of yet so we decided to sit in the Hummer and wait. I took the key out and it failed to open the door. Frantic we called Mehdi he he came and was able to get inside the vehicle. The key didn't even work in the ignition. Thinking we had a key issue, he told us to go eat and he was going to the dealership to try to resolve the issue. Walking back to the restaurant door and hands in my pocket I pulled out the key to the H-3 Hummer, and realized we were trying to get in with the keys to my GMC truck, that looked Identical (one ring, one key, and one key fob)! End of this novel is Java Auto went out of their way and exceeded our expectations and would do business with them in the future. Wife loves her Hummer and we are working through hopefully a minor syncing issue that did not present itself during our visit.

Several weeks ago I purchased a car at Java. They had a great selection of cars and they were very helpful. I didn't need financing so the entire process was very quick and they were really great to work with. The car was and has been flawless. Definitely recommend this dealership and would purchase from them again.

Purchased a gas saver car from Java Auto Sales last week and everything went very smooth with the transaction. Found desired car online at a little below market value even compared to private party values was a fair listing price. Flew into Raleigh and drove car back to Pittsburgh. Being a out of state transaction was a bit weary not seeing or driving but 700 miles in so far so good for a Lexus hybrid with over 140k on the ticker. Title and paperwork sent out quick as promised also. Would recommend Java for your future purchase.

I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Java Auto Sale back in April 2021. I intentionally waited a few months to write the review as I wanted to be sure that the vehicle that I purchased was as advertised. I couldn't be happier. No surprise mechanical issues.

Customer Service was outstanding. When I inquired about the potential for post purchase issues, they were up front that all sales are final and "As Is" and encouraged me to have an inspection done by a trusted mechanic.

Prior to the purchase, the dealership allowed me to take the car over to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. Due to work constraints and the timing of my appointment, they didn't have a problem with me having the car off of their lot for close to 3 hours.

I will definitely keep Java on my short list when looking for my next vehicle!

My daughter recently purchased her first car from Java Auto Sales and the experience was great. The staff was very friendly, there was no pressure and the price was lower than anywhere else. Talk about patience…I went there about 4 days out of 7 and never did they turn me away or have an attitude. It was not a problem for me to bring my mechanic on site or take the car off the lot to be inspected. Lastly, they do what they say they will because reputation is very important to them. Definitely, see these guys for your next car.

I traveled from Charlotte to buy the car that I've been looking and waiting for. I was confident I was going to buy this car, sight unseen. When I arrived and looked the car over there were a couple of concerns but they were addressed when the manager offered to take the car to the local mechanic a block away. He dropped the price a little when the mechanic confirmed my worries about the rear brakes. He also rectified the situation when I drove away and not even 10 miles down the road, the check engine light came on. They technically didn't have to do anything since I already drove the car off the lot but they worked with me so we both felt comfortable with the deal. Not all car lots would handle the situation in this way and as a single Mom I appreciate the effort to keep me and my little one safe.

I was very impressed with Java Auto Sales! They had the car I wanted at an amazing price. The staff and friendly and very professional. They have a great selection of vehicles and a very solid understanding of vehicle maintenance. - they were able to answer all of my questions reliably and I left feeling secure in my purchase! So glad I finally found a Subaru!

Just bought my car today, and had such a pleasant experience with these guys. The owner was more than willing to work with us even though we had a few set backs during the process. They went out of their way to be nice and accommodating, and at no point did anyone pressure us into anything. Definitely a great car buying experience!

I bought a 2010 Honda Fit from them and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience! The car was fairly priced, and they weren't trying to hide anything. They even noticed broken fog lights that I hadn't noticed, and had them ordered before I got there. Friendly and flexible staff, Somayya did a great job with us, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Several weeks later, the car is still perfect!

I very much enjoyed shopping for cars at Java. The staff are fantastic; really nice people that know what they're doing but don't feel the need to use stress to their advantage. I kinda wish that they we had been able to buy our favorite car from them, but it was at another dealer. Will definitely look at them again if another car is needed and definitely recommend visiting if you are looking for a vehicle.

I just got a 2014 bmw first time financing and I’ve had 7 vehicles. As skeptical as I was they made this process easy and smooth as possible for me. Shortly after buying the car I had to drive to FL for an emergency and I am so great full that it made the journey there and back no problem smooth and amazingly great on gas. I purchased my first car from Java Auto Sale. Awesome experience!!! I saw the car I wanted on the internet and went just to visit. The car was as the picture described. Very clean and well maintained. I took it for a test drive and instantly fell in love. The staff were extremely welcoming, accommodating and very honest. I had no choice but to purchase the car from them. After completing all the paper work they gave me a great car wash and a full tank of gas! I wanted to upgrade my stereo system and they recommended a guy who did a fantastic job in under 45min. They took me to the guy and spoke with the owner to get me a great deal! I was completely satisfied with their service and my new car!!! I would definitely recommend buying a car from them!

I appreciated their friendly and low key atmosphere...no high pressure sales. And they offered me a great value on a truck that was in great condition. When I discovered a problem, they had already ordered the part and installed it right away. I'm super pleased and will definitely go back to Java Auto Sales for my next vehicle.

We were recently looking for a used car and had an excellent experience shopping at Java. The salesmen were very patient and helpful and we did not feel pressured at all. This was especially nice since we were first-time car buyers. The staff worked with us and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The entire process was simple and smooth. We ended up purchasing a Honda Civic and have since put 1,000 miles on it with no problems. We are very happy with the vehicle and highly recommend Java Auto Sale. Ended up here after a long day of horrible experiences at other lots in town. Everyone I talked to here was super friendly and helpful. The car I went to look at was in need of a battery, and they let me know right away and told me that someone was coming to replace it that day. They jumped the car for me so I could take it for a test drive anyway (and even offered to come get me if I forgot and turned the car off lol). When I got back from the test drive, they told me they’d give me a call when I could come back to take it to my mechanic after the battery was installed. There was an issue with one of the handles they offered to fix as well. The car checked out with my mechanic and the purchasing process was SO easy. The phones were ringing off the hook and the man helping me with my paperwork still took the time to explain to me everything I was signing, and I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. All of the cars on their lot looked very well taken care of and the inside of the building was super clean as well. I’m so happy with my experience here and would recommend them in a heartbeat! Y’all were amazing!! And I’m so happy with my new car :)

I bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from Java Auto Sale about a month ago and I am so happy with it. There was a little misunderstanding about one of the features but it was quickly and easily fixed by their team. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. This was my first time buying a car and I hope all my future car buying experiences are at least half as good. And my dog, Copper, loves it too!

I am way behind on my review here, but the team at Java Auto Sale was so helpful, the car was incredibly clean, and the prices were all really reasonable. I bought my car in October and have been so pleased. The owner and his employee made the entire process, everything from the test drive to the paperwork, stress free and just overall really pleasant. I would definitely go back!
