It's always a pleasure working with Wayne and Craig Madsen at Madsen Motor Company. I just purchased my second vehicle from them, and the buying experience is personable, pleasurable, and actually enjoyable. They even called after a few years of my first purchase to tell me that they had a newer vehicle I might be interested in seeing! Besides completing the required paperwork, they also make sure that you are trained in using the new "technology" of your vehicle before you leave the parking lot.
I also used Madsen for service over the seven years after my first purchase from them (a diesel sedan). When repairs were beyond the scope of their shop, they recommended other auto repair locations. In my case, it saved me thousands of dollars over the quote from the brand dealer! Wayne and Craig have a following in the Cary area. They were recommended to me by a customer, and I can pass on that recommendation with confidence after seven plus years of experience with them.

Craig and Wayne made my car buying experience painless despite me being 500 miles away. After seeing the car for which I was looking on their website, I contacted Craig and he gave me a full rundown of the vehicle and sent extra pictures to make me very comfortable about making the trip. Once I arrived, Wayne had the car ready for me to view and it was exactly as Craig had described. The paperwork took no time at all and I was out the door with the keys. Since my current lease was expiring soon, I recently started to look for a replacement car. I feel that I got a good deal on the car and I rate my overall experience as Excellent. The entire process was low-pressure and stress-free. I am very detail-oriented and particular about my cars and I feel that Madsen Motor Company is the same way when selecting / maintaining the vehicles they sell/service. At Madsen Motors we found exactly the car my daughter wanted as her college graduation gift! The 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC300 had very low mileage, was fairly priced, and in excellent condition. Caitlin was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Communication with Caitlin and the owners of Madsen Motors was prompt and helpful, including questions we thought of days after completing our purchase. We were very pleased with our purchase and our experience!

I was thrilled with the service I received from Craig & the delivery company that delivered my car to my door as well. Buying a car online and having it shipped across various states without even seeing it usually would make me nervous but Craig did an amazing job at detailing the process and keeping in contact with me to make me feel very comfortable - not even to mention the pictures of the car that I bought did not even do it justice - the car was spotless when I received it. I bought a low mileage 2007 BMW 328i coupe from Madsen Motors and have been very satisfied with my purchase over the last 6 months. The owners were very friendly and made my purchase very easy. I was allowed to take an extended test drive and really get a feel for the vehicle with no pressure to buy the car. They took care of two cosmetic issues I had with the car and sold it to me for a very fair price. One of the best auto purchasing experiences I've ever had.

I have used Madsen a number of times over the past 10+ years to. Every interaction with Craig and Wayne is a pleasant experience which is why I keep coming back. This time, I was in the market for buying a new BMW and also to sell my current BMW. I looked at some of the cars on the lot but I was looking for a very specific car, which there is limited supply for. I found a car I was interested in and called Madsen to see if I could bring it by for them to look it over for me. I took the car over and Wayne took a look at the car and gave me some great advice about the car to help me with my decision. He also sat with me and gave me some great insights about the car I was looking for--even though I wasn't necessarily buying the car from Madsen. In the end I found the car I was looking for elsewhere but I needed to sell my current BMW. I dropped the car off and Craig took care of getting the car serviced, and fixed up for sale. Within a few weeks I got a call that there was an offer on the car. After I accepted the offer I dropped off to sign over my title and pick up the check. It couldn't have been any easier to sell a car.
