Very professional. Our first dog so not a lot of vet experience. We do seem to see a different veterinarian every time, but they are all very knowledgeable, take their time and answer questions. The staff is also very polite and friendly. They do offer additional services and products for pet care like dental, etc, and do not seem to push any of this on you Which is very nice. Overall, we have had an excellent experience. Pricing is very transparent, also a huge plus.

My dog Max could not keep his eyes open, he was obviously in a great deal of pain. Doctor Blair treated him as a drop off since the schedule for that day was full. Her staff was awesome. They gave me the prices up front. Explained what test might need to be done and asked permission. He was prescribed an eye drop that contained both steroids and antibiotics. The relief and healing was quick and the price was affordable.

I loved my experience at Noah's Ark Veterinary Hospital! My dog gets very anxious around vets, and they took care of my lil pup with so much care and affection. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained things thoroughly and in easy to understand terms.

Great team. I've taken my dogs & cats to vets that take them out of the room & cause them a lot of anxiety. Plus I don't know if they are doing what they say they are doing. Noah's Ark keeps the pet with the owner unless the procedure requires them to be in another area. The took her time to explain what was wrong & what we need to do & didn't try to get us to buy a bunch of stuff. Really love this clinic.

When we moved to the NC area, I was looking for a vet that would fill the spot of our previous vet -- I can safely say we found that here, at Noah's Ark!

From when you first call, folks like Ashley are always there (and super friendly) to listen to your needs. We've worked with great vet techs who have all been phenomenal too!

We've also really appreciated being able to board our dogs here. We know Alex and the rest of the kennel staff takes such good care of the pups -- they are also SO excited to see him, even if we come in for just a nail appointment.

This practice is awesome! My cat was suffering with a serious UTI and Banfield only had a free appt in 4 days and wouldn’t fit her in or give her meds to tide her over. I started calling other practices and Noah’s Ark squeezed her in between their already full day on the same day. I’m so appreciative that they cared and she wasn’t just another number.

Their personnel are always super friendly and caring. I have one chronic kidney disease kitty and they’re willing to try new treatments. Also 2 of my cats get super anxious and become hellions at the vet even when sedated. They can handle them no problem. No criticisms, they’re great.

Everyone is very friendly and courteous. They took very good care of my little Rocky, who is a 5 pound Chihuahua, and is very scared of everything and everyone because he is a rescue who is very badly abused. But they were very gentle and loving toward him, and very kind to me thank you no worries ox, you are now our veterinary clinic

I came here for a quick check up after my dog was neutered and to address some separation anxiety. It was my first time with Dr. Williams. She sat on the floor with my dog, asked great questions, and was an excellent listener. She took great lengths to give me information/resources and even put some supplements in my Amazon cart. I would highly recommend seeing her and I love the other staff as well.

We have had nothing but great experiences here. Last fall when our dog was seriously ill, the vet and all of the staff were so helpful, compassionate and caring. Now we have a new puppy and had a great 1st visit. Highly recommend

Our go to vet for both our 6 year old shepherd and our pittie puppy! We got out puppy neutered here and all their vaccinations. They are great at showing they care, answering any and all questions, and caring for our pups.We have seen multiple doctors with them and love them all. This time we saw Kaela & Dr Williams, both were amazing and answered a bunch of my questions.

Staff are all very kind and helpful. I love bringing my cat here.

Our doctor moved here a little over a year ago so we followed. The first time here was to say goodbye to our baby girl due to her cancer having progressed. The entire staff here was and still are amazing. Everyone was so kind. From veterinary care to boarding there isn't one negative thing I can say.

Everyone was amazing. I was traveling through the area and took my Bailey(dog) on a short potty break. He started holding his paw up and squealing. I was frantic calling around to all Banfield from Fayetteville to Virginia Beach, where i was heading. They took my baby in last minute. Not only that but everyone was super amazing and attentive. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor treated us all as if Bailey was a regular. If i didn’t live 2 hours away I would be a new patient. Thanks so much!!!!
