The staff and the provider were compassionate, so patient, and extremely helpful! They took excellent care of our cat. She was so scared and they instantly put her at ease. They are also more reasonably priced than any other location in the area. They take care credit.

Everyone at this practice is friendly and competent. The techs are well informed and ask detailed questions while showing interest in and compassion toward my cat. I have use two different vets and both were fully present and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed.

As always, Dr. O’Kane and all of the members of the team were wonderful and thorough. Faith seems to be feeling better today and sat up for a long while with us when we got home. I was surprised she was up for as long as she was. Of course, the minute I pointed it out to Amy, Faith went to lie down😂. We absolutely love this Veterinary clinic!

We bring both of our cats here. Recently brought one for an annual checkup in a vaccine. The staff are all super sweet. They get you in quickly, are very kind with your pets, and address any needs you might have.

We always have a fantastic experience with Dr. Kate and her assistant Isabella. They are great and always take wonderful care of our little puppy!

I had a great experience taking my first cat to the vet for the first time. Dr. Alberti & my vet assistant were both kind and gentle. Garvey was never anxious, not even during shot time. He basically sat still for his nails to be clipped. I highly recommend them. Also, the hospital smelled good!

I had my first visit with Cary Vet this past week and I am very pleased with them. They were patient and considerate. We had no wait time and the doc spent a good amount of time talking to me about any concerns I had. The vet tech was very helpful in keeping my dog calm and distracted with cheese. And the front desk was very friendly and polite.

Our German Shepherd was clearly in distress. Called first thing Saturday morning, they had us come in, performed an x-ray, and got us in at the ER Vet ASAP for continued care. Really appreciate their quick actions!

Always such a lovely experience at CVH. Whitney was amazing, my cat loves her and always behaves the best with her. Thank you so much and we will see you next time.

My 14-yeat-old beagle mix always receives compassionate care at this practice. And the Paws plan offered here helps me budget routine preventive care around the year. Techs are so courteous that I feel cared for, too. My sweet aging girl is treated like a child here every time we go. And the care is thorough. Dr. Alberti's vigilance makes me confident that my dog is receiving the best of care. That means everything.

Impressively thorough exam of my dog by our vet. And non-vet staff were also very thorough too. On top of that, everyone was professional and personable. Really nice experience.
