Dr. Fried and the rest of the staff were wonderful (sorry, I didn’t catch the technician’s name-but she was great too). I have struggled finding a vet since moving here, but I highly recommend this team. They took care of my cat as soon as they could and really helped me feel more calm about a stressful situation. I have been an animal lover since I was a little girl. There was never a time in my life that we didn’t have pets in our home. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds….you name it.
Back in the 1970s and 80s, living in New York, my late husband and I raised and showed our German Shepherd Dogs in AKC Sanctioned conformation shows, with several of our dogs becoming champions. I retired from the show ring in the early 1990s but continued to have dogs and cats over the years: Now it's me and my little angel, an 8 year old Chihuahua named Chloe. I adopted my baby from a rescue 5 years ago and we are joined at the hip.
We just recently moved to Morrisville and I visited Preston Animal Hospital with my baby for grooming, annual checkup and dental care. We had the good fortune to meet Dr. O’Callaghan and she is AWESOME! She is professional, patient, knowledgeable and her love of caring for animals is so obvious. Like me, Dr. O’Callaghan is owned by a Chihuahua. With all of the animals that I’ve had over the years, needless to say I’ve worked with quite a few different veterinarians in different states. Dr. O’Callaghan is without a doubt, one of the best ever. Her upbeat, bubbly personality makes me feel appreciated as a client. She cares about my baby’s health and well being, and I love that. The hospital provides excellent service in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel relaxed and appreciated. I highly recommend them.

This clinic has the best providers in the triangle. We have a goldendoodle who has suffered horrific IBS. We came to Heather Phillips after three other veterinarians couldn’t help get our dogs sickness under control. Dr. Phillips really heard our concerns and worked with us to find a diet that addressed the issue.

When Dr. Phillips left the practice after her maternity leave, I was so terrified! We got set up with the new Doctor Eliza O’Callaghan. I was equally, if not more impressed, with her bedside manner. She has successfully advised us on how to transition to another food as our doodle got tired of eating the plainer prescription food. I hope she remains in NC for a while!

Additionally, their front office staff goes above and beyond. They triage questions, fax records, and answer emails faster than my doctors office. I really appreciate them. Their veterinary technicians also can clip even the wigglyest dog.

AMAZING!! I am so happy that they were able to get me and my kitty in so quickly!! My boy has been having trouble with UTIs - they were able to get me in and get him the help he needed very quickly. They understood my urgency and knew that this was not something that can wait.

Dr. O’Callaghan and Jazmine made me feel welcome and taken care of. They informed me of all next steps I can take to ensure my boy stays happy and healthy!
I especially appreciated the love and attention they showed him during his appointment. Kindness goes such a long way when a pet is sick…so thank you!

Dr. O’Callaghan was an amazing help with my cat. After the course of action and recommendations were followed, my cat was feeling like himself again. The staff here is always pleasant to talk with and I know my pets are in good hands. I will definitely be coming back for all of my pet needs. Ps- the product recommendation for struvite crystal reduction was flawless and works wonders for my cat (photo included).

I started to come to them about six months ago. The vets and staff are incredibly nice and friendly. Recently my dog had to get a surgery, they were very through in their descriptions and what everything entailed. Both doctors I spoke to were amazing and personable and were open to any questions I had. This is the best veterinary clinic I’ve been to since getting my dog 3 years ago.

My sweet disaster, Pascal(see picture), is my baby. He has quite a few medical issues. We just moved to the area and I was worried about finding the right vet. I feel so good about our choice in Dr Fried, her assistant, Lorna and the rest of the staff at Preston Animal Hospital. They were so attentive and kind and have followed through with prescription, diet concerns etc. They have even been respectful and helpful regarding finding the best price for his prescriptions.

Dr. Suter and Dr. Harper is both very knowledgeable and takes great care of our fur kids. The other vets are great, too.

The entire staff at Preston Animal Hospital are great. They make you feel welcome and they're very friendly.

Ace was pampered while he received great dental work on his teeth. They do safety checks and make sure to examine them well. I must say it's better treatment than what I get. Preston Animal Hospital is honest.

Absolutely love Preston Animal Hospital! We were new to the area last year and are so thankful to have found them to care for our dog. Every person that works there is so kind and true animal lovers! The doctors always listen carefully and spend the time with us. I’ve often called with questions which they patiently answer. We’ve even used their pet hotel and I know they are caring for our boy like he was their own. Don’t hesitate to give them a try, you won’t regret it!

True care and concern for your pet's well being - and for yours. We have had wonderful experiences at Preston Animal Hospital where we take our dog and cats for veterinary care. First of all, they have been working with us on a difficult diagnosis of a GI issue that our young dog has. In doing so, they have gone above and beyond to treat my pet like she belongs to their staff. When our girl wouldn't eat the dog food they served in the hospital, one of the doctors brought in a can of food from home to see if they could tempt her to eat. Their staff was wonderful to me in helping me place three stray kittens, too. I can't say enough about all of the doctors, particularly Drs Miller and Shelton.

We moved here 9 years ago and have been going to Preston for all our fur baby’s needs.

Dr. Harper and the team at Preston Animal Hospital have always treated my pets with the highest level of care and compassion. From routine visits for checkups, boarding, senior dog care for my labs, and seeing us through a cancer diagnosis and leg amputation for one of our cats, we have always had all treatment explained ahead of time, and he is excellent about communicating during your pets’ care. Highly recommend!!

Had my first visit at Preston Animal Hospital yesterday and it was wonderful! Dr. Shelton was very kind and genuine in her concern for our cat. Also Katie was very helpful! Dr. Shelton answered all my questions and even repeated details for my husband who came in the room later on.
The entire staff was warm and friendly! I will bringing all my pets here.

I absolutely love Preston Animal Hospital. I have mainly used their grooming services done by Cindy Gonzalez. She is fantastic, does a great job and my dog loves her - my dog doesn't love anyone. The few times I have used their medical services, they have been top notch. My dog is up in years and can be aggressive when touched in ways he doesn't like. Preston shows him so much patience and kindness that he has never had an issue with them.

Wonderful veterinary practice. I'm so glad we found them, and thankful for the excellent care they provide to our dogs. One of our dogs is quite elderly, and I ask so thankful for the excellent "geriatric care" her receives. Also I really appreciate working with an open minded veterinarian who is open to discussing care options for both of our dogs. Having experienced dog mom shaming in the past when I've questioned care options, it is so nice to work with a practice where they explain everything and really listen to the pet owners ❤❤❤
