I had a shockingly great experience at my women’s wellness exam! It went so well that I wish I could send my husband! Haha. Melissa Pottebaum was wonderful and put me at ease, along with the rest of the staff. They were all so friendly and kind. Even my blood draw was pain free (I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to needles) and the results were posted so quickly on the patient portal (and so easy to read). And the rest of my results just came in (again, so quick) with a friendly message. I will not be going anywhere else from now on!

I have known Sheila Kohl, NP, for several years. Sheila has the best “bedside manner” and is very personable with her patients. I like that I can message my doctors with questions in the portal. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient there for over 25 + years. Dr. Gallagher was my original doctor, she left and I start seeing Dr. Cox. I was SO LUCKY!! She is great! I have never been disappointed, nor have I ever been treated unkind. I am 70 years old and Dr. Cox always makes sure that I am taken care of and refers me to physicians for special needs. She has never just brushed my complaints aside, if I need a specialist she makes sure I see one. No complaints from me.

Sheila Kohl is The Best hands down! I love how compassionate she is. Very down to earth and so caring. I hope she never retires! I highly recommend her to everyone! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a visit with Sheila Kohl and she is not amazing, but more. She is very knowledgeable and she listen, she comforted me and talked me through my problems. She made me feel very comfortable and she lifted my spirit as well.

I see Dr. Lee here and I just love her. She is a little bit reserved but I have never found her to be rude or short. In fact I think she is all the things a good doctor should be. She listens to you as the patient without judgment or criticism and is quick to take action. She is very accessible as well. If you sign up for St. Luke’s online patient portal, you can send her messages with questions and concerns. I have utilized that feature twice since she has been my doctor and each time she was quick to respond and got back to me within 24 hours, and has even gotten me squeezed into a speciality type clinic of St. Luke’s on pretty much no notice. I have a condition that there doesn’t seem to be much experience in the medical community here in KC in terms of what it even is or how to treat it, at least from the patient standpoint, and Dr. Lee knew exactly what I was talking about when I told her about it. I think she’s a great doctor and she makes me feel like I’m important and not just another insurance claim. I will continue to see her as long as I can and am very appreciative to have a doctor that actually listens.

Sheila Kohl is the best primary FNP! She always makes me feel better than I did walking into my appointment. Always very caring!

I did not get to see Dr. Smith as she was not available. At first I was not very pleased about this fact but Sheila Kohl was great. I have not been in the office for over a year and the front desk staff appeared to be new. Vanessa was incredible and greeted me with a wonderful smile.

St Luke’s North Primary Care is amazing. From the front desk, lab girls, X-ray tech, Mrs Sheila Kohl, RNP and her medical assistant! Everyone is so caring and nice!!

I've been to many doctors mainly due to insurance demands, but I finally feel at home with Dr. Day and his group. Outstanding customer service, very little wait time, comfortable surroundings and the most caring staff I've come across. This group is highly recommended!

St. Luke's Dr's and staff are professional, responsive and caring.
It is getting more difficult to get in to see my doctor. As an alternative, I was able to get into their walk-in clinic quickly. The clinic also has very good staff.
I have been a patient of St. Lukes medical for 8 years.

I do understand that given the current state of the world (COVID-19) and just how medical offices function it is hard to get an appointment on short notice. Dr. Kempton and his staff worked with me to address the health issue I was having in a timely manner. When further discussion was needed he made sure to get me in as soon as possible even though they appeared fully booked according to the online appointment portal.

More importantly, Dr. Kempton showed genuine concern for my issue. He discussed treatment options very matter-of-factly. He did not simply give me a medication to treat the symptoms. He did provide medication but made sure that I understood that he is determined to work with me to get to the root cause of my issue and help me to get rid of it altogether.

He and his team have given me the much needed relief of my ailments but have also given me a new found hope that I am not fighting this ailment on my own and will work to some day cure it.

I can safely say that Dr. Kempton went above and beyond the standard of care.

I have been a patient at Saint Luke's Medical Group for over 20 years. I am very thankful for their walk-in clinic with extended hours, especially when I need urgent attention for something like a cold. The physicians and nurse practitioners are very attentive. I will be a patient for 20 more years, I am sure!

The few times I have been here I have not had an issue. They allowed me to come in without an appointment for my son at the last minute and Dr. Kempton was more than informative for me during my healthcare visit. Staff is polite and friendly, accommodating too children with tablets for them to play on.

I've been seeing Dr. Parker for years now. He's a great listener, very patient, and very knowledgeable. He's open to what you think, provides multiple options for medications, and knowledgeable about current medications. And I cannot say enough about response times to electronic communication.

I have been a patient at St. Luke's North Hospital . i felt that I received excellent care. The doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The nurses were very caring. I am pleased that we have such a fine facility in the Northland.
