JJ helped me find my phone which was like finding a needle in a haystack. He did not give up! He made phone calls and was able to locate in a place I would have never found it! I so appreciate the time and diligence! You don’t find customer service like that very often. I am so grateful!!

I can’t speak highly enough of J.J. and Ben. These 2 men are valued employees. I hope management realizes what they have. I was having a lot of problems with my iPhone. They took their time to help me and treated me like I was the most important person that would walk in their store today. Thank you for a job well done JJ and Ben.

My wife and I visited this store on a Saturday afternoon, due to a bulging battery issue on our Pixel phone. While there was nothing they could do in regards to the battery so we had to purchase a new phone, we nonetheless had a great experience with Brandon. As a rule I generally dislike sales experiences, but this one was definitely an exception. Thanks, Brandon, for exceeding my expectations with our phone purchase.

Lauren was very efficient and is exceptional at problem-solving. We had so many problems when we tried to call to make a new account ourselves, but when we went to the store she was able to solve our problems. She deserves a raise!

Purchased a new phone, watch, and iPad last year about this time. Josh was EXTREMELY helpful and very courteous. Every question I asked he answered and was very patient. He always still does a followup phone call to see if I have any issues. Just stopped by this week as I had a problem with my watch band, I didn't know how to remove it....and Matthew was also extremely helpful. Every time I have gone into this location the employees are terrific!!! I am very grateful for them as I am not very good with this technology stuff. Great job Verizon employees!!!!

I am one of those people that if something can happen it will happen. There were several issues getting a new phone but none of it was the agent's fault. He worked tirelessly, trying absolutely everything he could to take care of me. Finally I had a great pixel 7 pro with the watch that I'm extremely pleased with. I love the North Oak KCMO store!!

This review is actually based on a purchase I made nearly two years ago. My cell phone threw craps days before I was headed out of the country. When I came unto the North Oak Verizon Store I was greeted by Alexis Bannister who cheerfully greeted me and provided me with one of my most memorable customer service experiences. She quickly helped me to find the phone that best suited my needs along with other devise that would help on the trip. Ad someone who's not technologically saavy she was patient and walked me thru all of the phones 'bells & whistles." She even followed up with me a few months later to make sure I was still pleased with my purchase. Alexis has a bright future ahead and Verizon is fortunate to have her.

I worked with Angel at this store, and she was more than amazing! She helped so much with some complicated issues and solved all of the "world's problems" and got me back on my way with all of my devices back in working order. She explained everything well, was super friendly and so easy to work with. I highly recommend her if you have any needs with your phone or devices. Thank you Angel!

Had a problem with Apple Watch not working separately from iPhone even though we were paying extra to have operate separately
Matthew and Angel worked relentlessly on it and solved the problem.
During the whole process the employees were super friendly, courteous and professional.
There was no pressure to purchase anything but we do plan to come back the next time we need any item simply due to the awesome service

Connor provided excellent service and helped us get 2 new Apple Watches quickly and with ease. Even when the bill was incorrect due to an additional line added he made it seem effortless to correct. This is the place to go to get the best services.

We have been with Verizon since August of 2003 and this Verizon store has superior customer service over any other Verizon store we have ever been in! We travel the extra distance to come here. We have been working with Eric for the past week. We originally came in to purchase new phones.We kept him after hours twice and he even came in on a day off to assist us. We appreciate the personal, in person customer service. Keep up the good work. You definitely have our business.

Went in for a bad battery on my phone and the worker, John Paul, was super helpful and patient, I even came out with a new phone. I’d recommend him to anyone that goes in the store!!

I was trying to surprise my wife with an Apple Watch and had some questions on how to get it done without her knowing because we are not on the same plan. Bryan Denison gave me all the info I needed and even though they didn't have the watch in stock atm, he offered me the same level service as if he were going to get the sale and made sure I knew all of my options and all the locations that may have it in stock. I appreciate his time and knowledge. Solid 5 stars.

Connor helped me. They didn't have the phone I wanted when I was in a pinch. He thought outside the box and found it at another store. I'd thought I had gotten lucky how easily the whole process was.. Only thing you might look out for, is no one bothered to tell me the $700 credit you get is slowly given to you over 36 months. If you don't keep Verizon that whole time, you don't get that month by month credit, AND you're taxed on the full price of the phone. Oh, and these people aren't accountable to anyone, or at least that's what they say if you question the situation. If I was this dishonest in my job, I'd lose my professional licenses. Buyer beware. Read everything.

Andrew was wonderful and patient. I had a serious issue with my iPhone and it took us well over an hour to resolve it. Andrew did everything he could to make the process fast and easy and remained respectful, kind, and supportive through the entire frustrating process. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience today on 2/24/21 was absolutely fantastic! The customer service I received from Brook and Matt was exceptional and excellent! They both assisted me in upgrading my iPhone 11 Pro Max to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. They transferred all my contacts and data from my 11 to my 12 with no issues. I highly recommend anyone to go to 5170 North Oak Trafficway and ask for Brook and/or Matt for outstanding customer service for your cellular sales and service needs and you will be thoroughly satisfied and well taken care of with a friendly smile! You won’t regret the sales and customer service experience you receive from Brook and Matt!
