Bumble Burgers

We finally caught them open so we tried the burgers, fries and ice cream! I was very pleased with the generous service by the family (assuming they were related) running this place. The young lady who took our order was so polite and professional! I used to run a restaurant and I've done hiring for big corporate companies, and this girl impressed me! The burgers were huge and very tasty, and the cheese fries were also great but (I'd love to see some homemade ranch because Hidden Valley just isn't my thing). I thought the frozen yogurt was half as good as it could have been, but I was amazed by all the options too. They have a topping bar with many options to add to your ice cream, and they had sno cones too. The chocolate was off a little but it was still great and the kids loved it. We will definitely be back for burgers and to try the snow cones!

This place is a total gem. The food is great, the prices are fair, and the people on the other side of the counter are incredibly helpful and friendly. (It’s truly a family owned and operated place!)

The stinger burger was delicious, as were the queso fries. The queso wasn’t a sauce so much as nice melted cheese with peppers, just bursting with flavor. My wife had the chicken burger and loved it. Our son couldn’t get enough of the tots and really enjoyed his chicken nuggets (I may have taken one, too).

The food here is simply delicious. The flavors are fresh yet familiar, taking my wife and I back to childhood memories of baseball games and time at the pool. We’ll absolutely be back for more, and highly recommend you stop here!

The Bumble Burger melt is delicious. This place is a diamond in the rough. So glad I found it. Will definitely be back.

I had these burgers in 2021, by far still some of the best burgers that I have ever eaten!

Absolutely phenomenal. The outside may look a little bare but inside it is very clean and cozy. I got the stinger and some fries. The burger was amazing and the fries were crispy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for lunch this side of town.

I ate here today with my grandsons. Usually we take our order home but decided to treat ourselves and eat there. The man behind the counter was very courteous and kind. One of the boys was having a bad day. This kind man brought over a sample of ice cream ( after checking with me discreetly first) with sprinkles for both boys. The food was delicious as always and the service was incredible. If you haven’t tried them you definitely need to!

The best burgers in the area! Thr queso tots are the bomb....they leave you wanting more! The portion size is very good! Employees are all nice. It's usually not busy.

What a cute little place! Even though there were only two people working in this little burger joint, they made you feel seen and welcomed. We ordered take out and were still treated amazing! If I'm ever going through there again, I'm definitely stopping in for a quick delicious burger!

My husband and I stopped in before going to the race track and it was the PERFECT Texas feel ❤ The food was phenomenal, we had The Stinger, The Bumble Melt, onion rings and queso fries! The queso is the hands down best I've ever had. The owner was so kind and friendly! From cleanliness, to atmosphere to the amazing food, this place was such a great find! Can't wait to come back again!

My grandson, myself and my daughter had dinner at Bumble Burgers Friday evening. We havent had the chance to go in a few months. We absolutely love there burgers. They can make any burger any way to your liking and get it right! My grandson and daughter tried there ice cream and loved it. They also have a lot of options when it comes to toppings for the ice cream. The young man that was working the counter was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. The restaurant was very clean and decorated cute. If you havent tried Bumble Burgers in Academy lately i would highly recommend them.

Very glad to have this in town. The food was great, especially the thick cut bacon. Took a bit to get our drinks but the food came out quick (shortly after drinks). Good selection of desserts too; will definitely be back

We had a party of 6, we ordered 2 Stinger Burgers, a kids burger meal, a grilled cheese meal and a dinner salad. The service was excellent, the food was delicious... Those Stingers were very tasty! We followed the kids meals with soft serve pineapple and vanilla ice cream cups! We treated a couple of other kiddos to ice cream too.
It's local to us, we will go back often!

What an awesome place to eat a burger. Or a salad. I haven't tried the chicken burgers yet, but I hear they're really good. We had an awesome time there today. And the owners and the staff is very very friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much. Very pleasant

We love this place, the snow comes and ice cream are our favorites. I do not like beef and the chicken bacon swiss on a lettuce bun is just amazing I usually get it at least once a week. I love tgat have have really good sugar free flavors for the snow cones.

We had the bacon burger and the classic with nacho fries. Everything was wonderful. We have also eaten the bumble melt. Totally delicious! Every employee was friendly and helpful. A terrific hometown restaurant.

The lady cooking is always a treat it would be 5stars all the way but one lady there her attitude isn't it maybe she just tired but either way food was great thank you to that beautiful soul who cooks our food .

Bumble Burgers was absolutely AMAZING I wish I could give the 100 stars. I took my kids there for dinner and it was my youngest ones 13th birthday. They made his day so special. I love this place and can't wait to go again and again.

On my way home from picking up my granddaughter from Academy Middle School and decided to support local business.
I chose the patty melt with hamburger, cheese, muustard, pickle, and lettuce. My side was french fries.
The burger was cooked to perfection, as well as the fries. They were crispy and brown, just the way I love them. Topped off my meal with a cup of soft seve ice cream with chocolate syrup in a fresh waffle bowl.
Mmy granddaughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger with tater tots. She loved her burger and the tater tots were cooked cripy and brown, not like a lot of places serve where they are still blonde and greasy. She had soft serve ice cream with M & M's.
For my daughter, we chose to oreder her a bacon cheeseburger fully loaded with onion rings on the side. We also chose the soft serve ice cream with snickers for her.
I must say that the 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our dinner that night.
We will be back for more, that's for sure.
