Came out when promised and we're very professional and reasonable priced. Fixed pipes on shallow water well and changed seats and washers on bathtub faucet no more problems and will use this company for all future plumbing needs

I had a bathroom sink drain that was leaking in 2 places. Academy came out the next day and repaired it. Lance was great. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

They came out to replace a hose bib on the house. I was never told us the price of 155. They attenped to fix it and couldn't due to brick. They suggested cutting into the wall board. I declined. Their answer was put on a replacement bib (5 dollar part) on the hose for function. Total time spent was 15 min. Still requested 155 for the job. Should have adjusted the price for the work done. Will not be going with company again.

Waited over a week for tech to come to my house for a slab leak repair. As scheduled he showed up, looked around just to say that he was going to pass on the job because, and I quote. "He didn't know how to make it look good!" Are you kidding me...? That's the reason you don't want the job? He is an elderly tech and just seemed as if he was in over his head. I will not be recommending him to anyone. Waist of my time.
