Grab-a-Java

I was skeptical of this drive-up espresso joint for obvious reasons. There are not many that
meet my standards as a traveler to many corners of the world. This place was a diamond in the rough. I ordered a 16oz latte that was very drinkable and enjoyable. It was not the best I ever had, but it did scratch my itch as coffee snob.

I had the dark chocolate iced mocha and it was the most beautiful coffee I've ever tasted. Absolutely addicting so don't try it unless you want to be coming back often.

Grab-a-Java in Springfield, Illinois is a gem for coffee lovers! The convenience of their drive-thru makes it a breeze to get your caffeine fix on the go. The knowledgeable staff is ready to recommend the perfect drink to suit your taste. Their selection of fresh coffees and teas, both hot and iced, is delicious. The chocolate chip cookie was great too. Highly recommend stopping by Grab-a-Java if you're ever in Springfield, IL!

First visit, it's mainly a drive thru cafe, Very friendly Crew and this was An iced Mocha with Dark Chocolate !!

Edit: I am mourning the loss of the egg breakfast tarts, but I could see how that would be a pain the bake and they where pretty cheap. Still love this place. Free new stickers on the third Thursday of every month are fun to collect. The baristas always great, the flavor of the week is usually a hit. And the double drive through is great. Especially when a bunch of people use the first window and the regulars can swing around to the second. This location is my go to, but the other is also great.

One of my favorite coffee places!

Everything is good here, oat milk lattes, regular lattes, fruit smoothies, muffins, etc., you can't go wrong. Be prepared and be patient since they can get busy, but know it will be worth it and the staff is always so friendly!

My go-to place every time I visit Springfield. The employees are always friendly and the drinks are always consistently made and delicious.

Coffee is way better and cheaper than Starbucks, plus the baristas are always fast and friendly. Wait time here is short even when its busy, seriously it's the best place in Springfield for coffee.
