I actually really love this old navy! It is very large with many dressing rooms. The selection of clothes is huge and they have all sizes. The workers were very nice and helpful. I was able to checkout quickly and even joined the rewards program they have in under 5 minutes.

Had a great experience here today with Daniel. We were trying to exchange some jeans that wernt in stock. Daniel helped us get some new ones ordered and at the discounted price we originally got for them.

I have always been a big fan of ON. This was particularly busy being black Friday evening but there was staff in there cleaning up, folding and ringing out customers as fast as possible.

Yes it was a mess, but thw good definitely outweighed the bad!

Expedient exchange and very friendly service in a well stocked store. One return item and an online pickup order were processed quickly. Additional shopping in the store was enjoyable. We discovered other items on sale which we purchased. A brief but very productive use of our time.

Honestly I have a store that WAS my favorite for plus size clothes shopping but Old Navy's stores have stocked up with plus size clothing now & it has become my go-to for reasonably priced fashion that I love!

Typical Old Navy store. But this one particular... Lots of parking right nearby! Staff is great! Old Navy is always hit or miss for me as far as their current style, but the past couple years I have found a lot of things I liked. They also have really good sales at the end of seasons!

Had a blast. Was there for 3 hrs. Lol lots of sales for babies toddlers on up. Cute stuff. Plenty for men and women of every size. Nice colorful comfy. Loved sales ladies and prices. Will be back.😊

I have always liked Old Navy clothing, only complaint that I have would be that they went to all stretch Jean's. It looks like you can order the regular Jean's online but the store told me they don't carry them anymore. The employees are always helpful.

Old Navy is my favorite store. I get all of my flannel, henleys, and shoes here. Everyone in the store is very friendly and cool whenever you have a question. The quality of their merchandise is unmatched. Take care of the shoes and clothes you purchase from Old Navy and it will last forever.

I am here a lot. Sadly, as with anything their prices have gone up dramatically over the years so one has had to change and adapt in the shopping habits and watching for the sales and specials that were not as "necessary" before. They are still "trendy" so you need to watch what may be out soon and what is worth an investment given their raised prices.

It is nice that they have different sizes for everyone. some jeans u may have to go in to a different size based on the fit of material

Kory was professional, friendly, and efficient! The line was getting pretty backed up and he handled everything with a cool head. Everything was on sale too, and we were super happy about that!

Customer service is always top notch. They keep this store organized and its easy to get in and out of (even being at Zona Rosa)

Staff are laid back but are very helpful when you need them. They let you do your thing and don't put themselves into your shopping trip or whatever.
