A small hidden pharmacy off the beaten path with amazing staff that went above and beyond - after hours to make sure I didn’t have to leave without my prescription. Miss Phaedra was amazing, thank you so much for your help!

Amazingly fast. The ladies behind the counter were very kind, efficient and empathetic. Highly recommend, especially for surrounding hotels. I'm not from Atlanta. They are very close to my hotel.

GREATEST PHARMACY EVER.

The pharmacy closes at 6pm although it says 7. My mother travels to Atlanta every 3/4 months for her doctor's visits as she did not want to change her physician. We arrived at 6:07 and was told they were closed. However, they accommodated and allowed us to get her meds since they did not have them earlier in the week and she would be leaving to go back home tomorrow. I would give 5 stars but they need to update their hours online.

Have a client who needs his meds they failed to deliver. 3 night s now going on weekend and they are closed. This will put him 5 days off his life saving medication. They have to many excuses. We are trafering all clients meds to East Lake Pharmacy.

They don’t answer the phone. My mother is disabled and she hasn’t gotten her very important medication delivered in over a week. Do not use this pharmacy especially if you’re disabled and depend on delivery services.

My mother has waited numerous times for her meds to be delivered and is currently waiting. She is out of life threatening medication and this place has not even answered their phone. I wish there was a way I could give no stars and report them. This is unacceptable.

They never answer the phone I been calling for 10 days straight voicemail full and no answer. I just want my baby asthma meds. He really needs it.. sad

I have tried to use this pharmacy twice for my medication. Each time I was told I needed prior authorization for medication that was to be taken consistently. Then told it could take 3 days for such authorization. They also said that I can have the meds if I paid cash. I don't think so, I pay almost 500 dollars a month for my insurance which tells me I don't need such authorizations or or referring. They seem cash hungry and I'm not paying. I went to another pharmacy called Carter's Pharmacy in Smyrna they filled my scripts no questions ask in 10 mins i had my medicine. Shame on this pharmacy they need to get better ways of handling customers and medication....

They claim to open at 9am but they wouldn't answer the phone from 9am until 9:45am when we gave up after 3 messages left. They finally called back at 10:40am right before the surgery. They couldn't even get the insurance information right so it delayed our Perscription.

We were forced to use this "establishment" and I assure you will never use it for anything in the future. The doctor and I will discuss this un-professional place that she does business at. If I could remove the 1 star I would.
