Just got off the phone with Christy (hope i’m spelling her name right) but i have been waiting on Walgreens for months to fill a prescription, and they were denying my insurance covered it. When my prescriptions were sent over there was a little confusion on one prescription (but i believe that is due to Walgreens and them sending my prescriptions over). But Christy was quick to help mitigate the situation and find a resolution to the issues at hand! Hope to continue to use Eden Pharmacy in the future. Thanks Christy!

My name is Larry Lane and i must say this pharmacy is the best. The customer service is Outstanding performance. Very professional and thankfully i was one of their first customers. They will call you about your prescriptions, i must say I've been dealing with a lot of medical problems so ive been with cvs for soooooo many years smh suffering... because there customer service was horrible to me at times. that's why I'm thankful that I'm a part of Eden Pharmacy family.

Very clean and they pharmacist was helpful. Much better experience than going to cvs.

Love this pharmacy! They are always courteous and helpful with insurance issues. Hold times on the phone can vary. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars.

Been a patient there since Mr Akshay open in 2019. Have never had any problems with my meds up until 3 months ago ..now they are never filled on time...The staff. Has become very rude if you call and ask about your refill... Maybe things might get better..if this issue is addressed

I am so disappointed with the Roland he is rude, disrespectful and is prejudice and it shows in my opinion he is NOT a good fit to represent Eden Pharmacy of which I have been a customer for many years. He has even been rude to a coworker there as well of which I noticed in person. At this time I am seriously considering leaving this Pharmacy unless he is removed both my husband and myself.

I have been using this pharmacy for quite some time for my grandmother’s medication. Last time when I ordered her medication they told me it will be delivered next day but it didn’t get delivered, after 2 days they delivered the medication to the wrong address. My grandmother has diabetes and high blood pressure and without meds she got really sick. When I called the pharmacy they said that it’s not their fault. Luckily we were able to get it from Walgreens. They never send refills automatically despite doctors sending a prescription with refills we have to call them everytime to ask for a refill. What’s the point of using this pharmacy if you are not providing the service you promise?

I used to love this pharmacy now they are just plain slow and unprofessional, my scripts are never on time any more and when I come in the new workers never see anything that was sent over for me and act dumb as a bag of rusty nickels
