Delicious!!!! The curry chicken was tender and full of authentic Caribbean flavor, the chickpeas were rich and tasty, the rice and peas add to the already amazing meal which was a massive portion. Worth a trip! And the staff was lovely and friendly! Some regulars walked in and were treated like family. It was a great experience will return!!!

How wonderful and deliciously savory the cuisine and atmosphere of Kemper’s Cafe! My big sis and I entered the restaurant’s island decor one sun-splashed Saturday. Our tastebuds longed for the tropical spice of another place. We found it on the other side of the glassed-in showcase, which offered up scrumptious delights found on Kemper’s menu! We made our thoughtful choices and discovered heaping, colorful servings of food. The lovely ladies preparing and serving the food were sweetly welcoming, on their tongues a musical lilt of island sunshine.
If you haven’t walked into this establishment, treat yourself! You’ll be grateful you did! 🥗

I absolutely love this place . The sweet potato soufflé was so yummy with the pecans just the right texture.Omg went back and tried the Oxtails. They was so tender and flavorful. When you want some good curry chicken go check them out. The cabbage is so flavorful and the Mac and cheese was really good.

Homestyle Jamaican cooking with an excellent taste profile - we were blown away by the jerk chicken wings, jerk salmon, kale, broccoli cheese rice & other items on their menu. Although reasonably priced, they didn't have their menu/price at the ordering stand, which made ordering a bit hectic. I wish they would switch to paper plates & or permanent utensils for dine in instead of styrofoam & plastic all around. Would go back for the food - must visit Caribbean joint if you're a foodie in Atlanta.

I love this place. Their Jamaican food is everything. The jerk wings,salmon,turkey meatloaf,cabbage,sweet potatoe souffle,butter beans,brown stew chicken...all good.

First time trying this place and I was not disappointed. I had the brown stewed chicken w/rice and beans and cabbage. It was so delicious! I ordered through UberEats and I will be ordering again.

Update: I was so pleased with the Brown Stewed Chicken meal that I had to order the Curry Chicken meal the next day, lol. The Curry Chicken was so damn good that I ordered the Jerk Chicken meal the following day. I was extremely satisfied with all three dishes that I just had to try to Oxtails w/rice and beans and man oh man I just fell in love! Lol, over the past four days I’ve been ordering from this restaurant and I’ve been EXTREMELY SATISFIED with every meal! Wish I could give them ten stars! Whoever is cooking the food needs a raise!

One of my favorite Jamaican restaurants. I like oxtails, Mac & cheese and cabbage. Would definitely recommend, you won’t be sorry.

Probably the best lunch special in the area. The chicken is seasoned perfectly and fall off the bone tender. The rice & cabbage are great too! All of my coworkers rave about this place.

I have been to a lot of spots for good food and let me tell you the moment you step n you know from the smell that this is the place to be they have not let me down at all the cabbage OMFG it's amazing.

Really good food.. there medium size is very much equivalent to a large. Everythin g was delicious. Oh yeah the sorrel drink was perfect. My new favorite restaurant.

I’ve been coming here since they opened! This is the best Caribbean restaurant in Atlanta! Be patient because they get busy but it is well worth the wait! Their jerk salmon is amazing! Even their cabbage was tasty!

This is my favorite Jamaican spot. They have more selection when it comes to vegetables, and the seasoning is up to part.

Had Ox tails for the first time, and it was so good! So glad we chose to stop here to eat before the Imagine Dragons Concert.

Went for lunch and came back for dinner. Tried the Jerk chicken, Salmon, rice, cabbage, greens, mac & cheese, and plantains; all very good and tasty.

This food smelled good just walking into the building. It smelled even better on the inside. The staff was friendly and the order was ready when I got there. I must go back🏃🏽.

First thing first.... they aren't the most welcoming/friendly group of people. (I'm side eyeing the reviews that say they are) However, at this point idc lol im not looking to be friends as long as their respectful and provide the food I enjoy. I'm cool with it. I've been going here for years now.

On to the food... Lovveeee, their jerk salmon! My sides of choice are usually greens and peas and rice. I enjoy it everything with extra jerk sauce. I also like the veggie patties and jerk BBQ wings. I def recommend Kempers to my family and friends!
