We have been working with Felecia through a warranty situation we had with a couch from before our move here. She was extremely helpful! She reached out to us to check on how the claims process was going and answered all questions we had. The warranty company concluded we could choose a new couch. Felicia was amazing with helping us decide what would work best for us. She even customized couches we had on our list of possibilities. She is very professional, helpful, kind and welcoming. We absolutely will be return customers as well as refer others to this location and Felecia! We are beyond happy with our experience!

Celo(?) was a fantastic service rep. He was extremely kind and personable, really listened to us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and was involved enough to be helpful but wasn’t so involved that we felt pressure or that it was annoying. We’re brand new to the area so he was also extremely helpful in providing recommendations, observations, etc. about the Savannah area to help us out. Furniture shopping is such a stressful and overwhelming process and he made it feel natural and comfortable! He’s a true asset to the store and I’m not sure if I would have found and purchased all of my items without him!

The Savannah store was well stocked with the type of furniture we were looking for. Our sales person was knowledgeable but not pushy. The designer was terrific. She asked the right questions and listened to understand. The business manager was also excellent. The service level while we were buying and afterwards was and cm tk yes to be excellent.

Matthew is a very talented young man with a very unique craft of salesmanship. My husband and I are really looking forward to be doing business again with Haverty, they only sell the best long life furniture with good warranty. Happy to be doing business again with such a dedicated team!

Havertys remains my first stop when I am looking for quality affordable furniture. This time I was looking for pieces for my mother’s new place. Matthew Babcock was so helpful! He was super knowledgeable, very responsive and offered us great design options. He’s very focused on his customers needs and budget. Highly recommend him!

Dave was very knowledgeable and was the right amount of a salesman. He allowed us to look and discuss without hovering or being pushy but was readily available when we had any questions. We have actually tried to shop at this store before and left because of how aggressive the salesman was but Dave was phenomenal and made it comfortable buying. Pamela at our final check out was super nice as well, just rounding out a great experience.

My in-store salesperson Matt is a wonderful asset for the brand. He cares as much about the customer as the company and his do the right thing attitude is evident in his work. Manager Jay Groover is a pleasure to work with.

I recently bought some furniture from Haverty’s. I worked wither Porter, their in house designer. She is an amazing designer. In a short time and with a few questions she understood what I wanted. She worked with my budget and didn’t pressure me. For the first time, I’m decorating a room with no second thoughts or regrets. Porter made that easy.

As a guy working in a mainly male dominated industry, I was at a lost what to do with furnishings for a new office. The ladies design team at Havertys made it so easy and we’re such a pleasure to work with.

Even though we didn't purchase anything from the store, the service was excellent by Mr. Mike Hill. Never felt obligated or rushed to make a purchase, it was a stress-free environment.

Highly recommend Mr. Hill and the store overall.

I was helped by Dave on the floor and Porter on design for my new home. Not only it was done professionally and thoroughly I had a lot of fun doing it with Team Dave and Porter. I guess professionals can also be fun. Thanks a ton to Jay and Philip as well for being a great manager to them in sorting out the payments and the bill. Ah forgot to mention Pamela at the cashier who helped in making payments. I would highly recommend this team to all my friends. Thank you.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Porter Oherron. She came to our house measured the space where we wanted the sectional and the next time we met she had a perfect 3D version of our living room with her suggestions on how to best use the space. We not only needed giving room furniture but also dining room and accessories. We met at 12 pm and were finished by 1 pm! It was a seamless and stress free process thanks to Porter! We could not have done it without her!

I cant rave enough about the service and selection at the Savannah Havertys. Our salesperson was Logan and he was absolutely AWESOME. Furniture is a HUGE investment and I’m so thankful he took his time OFF THE CLOCK to answer my questions and make sure I was well informed. (Of course I had lots of questions after I left) We were able to take advantage of the great Labor Day sale they had going on as well. Not to mention I bought The furniture on Sunday and it’s being delivered tomorrow. Turn around time was also incredible. (Can only speak for my furniture of course, not for all of the furniture they have. WHICH IS A TON) I would Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to take that next step in getting quality furniture at a great price. 10/10 Will be back. Thanks again Logan!!

Matthew always provides service above and beyond. He knows what we are interested in before we get there and is always prepared for our visit. Matthew helps decrease stress in a stressful situation.
