My husband and I love this Home Depot! The employees are always courteous and helpful and have been there for us every step of the way on our home building journey.
Brad was amazingly helpful on our last visit.
He noticed us wandering around trying to determine what items to get to build closet shelving. He immediately rescued us. He took us to the products that would meet our needs and literally gave us a step by step tutorial. He was very knowledgeable and taught us an efficient way to build the shelving and save money in the process. He was incredible and it is employees like Brad that keep us coming back to Home Depot. We have shopped at Home Depots in many states including Atlanta, Ga where HD was founded. This is by far the best!
Thank you home depot and thank you Brad. By the way, we followed Brad's instructions and the shelving turned out great. We will be back for more.

Went in to purchase a Christmas Tree, they were out of stock, but had the display left, so the lady that helped me, got approval to sell me the display! I was very pleased with the urgency and she truly went above and beyond! Everyone was attentive, even if the cashier was on her personal cell phone for the entire transaction after the other lady went back to what she was doing.

I purchased a part from the home Depot to repair a kitchen cabinet. Unlucky me I purchased the wrong size part 😢. Well I took the part back to home Depot and the front desk was so kind and easy to work with I was able to exchange the part for the correct with ease. I usually shop at Lowe's but home Depot won some points!

Great Home Depot! Friendly and very helpful staff, clean and bright store, well stocked items and quick checkout! The customer service staff are always cheerful and full of advice!

What can you say about a place where guys go in and just for one item and it takes an hour just because you love tools and just walking around and looking at everything always clean the workers seem very knowledgeable and if they don't they will send you to somebody that will help you

So thankful this Home Depot is in my community. I love it they always have what I need and everything I want. I just purchased a fixer upper and I shop at Home Depot for everything.

Very helpful needed keys made and they made them for me

I had an ecard in a virtual wallet that only tap pay for things. The register at the store didn't accept tap pay payments. So I had to take my items to customer service and use my cell phone to do an in store pickup order online for my payment to be accepted and complete. It took a little bit while since I had not used the site in some time. Meanwhile I am at the customer service desk and although we were both ready for me to leave she was very patient and understanding and gracious during the whole experience. I did not catch her name but it was at the presidential parkway location. Yes I highly recommend this location they take care of their customers.

I had a good experience sat and Sunday. Great customer service. Only thing I have a problem with is Monday morning I saw one off there cart that halls lumber on some homeless people had stole the cart look brand new there probably expensive so I called to report it to store on presidential rd Macon ga and the girl said it was ok that they do this all the time and they don’t care . People you wander why everything is so high in prices I’m sure that they add cost of these cart to replace on to the customers . The cart probably was 5 or 6 hundred dollars. (Cart looks new) . Theft is theft if stole something out of store for say 5 dollars they would lock you up for shop lifting. What’s the difference. PS this wasn’t a grocery buggy it was a heavy duty lumber cart. I went to this location to get some wood cut and I met a very nice gentleman named Ronnie. He helped me right away and did a wonderful job with the cut. The measurements are great and I want to make sure the RONNIE is recognized for all his hard work an effort. Next time I go back to this location I will ask for him personally because he is the best!

Two employees stopped to help me find light bulbs for my remodel. Cashier was friendly. Well stocked unlike another place I use. I like that. I am a contractor and never really used HD. Maybe I should.

Great curbside pick up! I just ordered online, and in a fairly short time I get a text that it's ready. When I arrive at Home Depot they have clearly marked Curbside Pick Up spots. You park, call or click an online link and within a few minutes someone brings you your stuff. Easy!!

The Macon Ga store personnel are so much more courteous than the Warner Robins Ga store. Well worth an extra 20 minutes of driving. Product knowledge and experience helped me make a decision even though it was an upgrade by 50.00, I feel I was treated like a person and not a number. Thank you Mr Watson for such a great customer interaction.
If all stores had this type of customer service people would possibly spend more time and money closer to home.

My husband and I were in the market for new kitchen appliances and stopped by Home Depot during their recent sale. Liz was so incredibly helpful and nice. It was very busy but she went above and beyond to help us and walked us to the front to make sure the checkout went smoothly and we got all of our discounts. We had an issue with one of our orders and my husband called the store and she once again helped us. She is such a great asset to Home Depot and definitely deserves a raise!

I went in to purchase and new doorknob. The greeter greeted me in an enthusiastic, professional manner. She noticed I had my old doorknob in hand. She said, "The doorknobs are on aisle 9 and on the right." I went to aisle 9 and THERE THEY WERE! Yes there ARE people at the warehouse stores who know there stuff and will help you! That's why Home Depot is my go-to for most home-related things.
