Derek personally set me up in the system after my old pharmacy, Christian's in FPK, closed. I live a few miles farther south but will drive to Hapeville for the kind of personal service Chapman Drug offers. Thanks for everything! There's a difference between the big box places and a small place where you'll be helped and recognized. That matters.

Always a very pleasant experience. My Aunt and Dad are 89 and 87. The team at Chapman comes to the car to administer the vaccines. They are always prompt and professional. My folks get treated like they were family. Thank You Chapman pharmacy for your excellent service.

Chapman Drug Store is great. I started getting my prescriptions there since 1998. At that time Derek's dad, Mr. Chapman was working there. My family eventually followed in my footsteps and started getting their prescriptions filled there as well. After 25 years, I am still pleased with their customer service.

We have been welcome patrons of Chapman’s for almost 15 years and these friendly and caring folks will ALWAYS go that extra mile…that extra 5 miles to make sure that everyone who enters their doors..:both new people and those who have been around their block for awhile…get their meds and get them timely. It’s a generational compassionate “bedside manner” that makes all of the difference…that personal touch! And they still deliver your meds right to your front door!!!…now thats just the berries! I can say this much…me and mine thank these folks for everything they do for us and for being that hometown pharmacy

Been using Chapman Drug for a few years now and glad I switched from chain pharmacies. This store has wonderful staff that are always kind and courteous. Communication is excellent, whether it's about an insurance issue or a refill. The delivery person is a great guy that I enjoy chatting with when he drops off my meds. The store itself is SO COOL! I have only been inside once but I loved seeing the antique bottles, typewriter, the soda fountain—it's all wonderful to experience. So, I definitely recommend this pharmacy.

I called today to ask about the ice cream 🍨 I used to have when I attended Hapeville Middle school, although I was disappointed to know that they no longer sell ice cream. The young lady that picked up the phone was so helpful and understanding. It sounded like she had a lot of customers in front of her, but she still gave me courtesy and attention. Such a pleasure to know that they still have the same service as they did when I was growing up. Kudos to the owners and staff! Thank you for still valuing people!

Recently moved to the area. I've used CVS for decades. My last experience with CVS was the last draw. A neighbor recommended Chapman. The Pharmacist went out of his way to fill my Rx. Highly recommended. Support small business!

I truly miss going in and ordering an old fashion hand squeezed lime sour..🤤 it was my favorite.. I would get them all the time when I got out of hapeville elementary school, back in the 90s😔
