A single employee kept the dozens of customers happy and moving right along. Idk how this woman worked so quickly. The orange cranberry muffin was sweet, tart and just a bit crumbly. The coffee was rich and smooth.

The interior features a long counter with standing and seating options for your convenience. Quiet and chatty travelers were constantly coming and going as they got their caffeine fix. Definitely the spot to stop at on concourse D.

Taravis was amazing. He served me Irish cream iced cappuccino which is the best I have had. He was gracious and knew his coffee so well.

I had a particularly fascinating visit when an employee threw a violent fit of rage on another employee. Good times at ATL as always. Glad I tipped…

Best Chocolate Chip cookies! I came because I needed a place to sit, but was pleasantly surprised by the calming music, the kind and polite staff and quick service. I also enjoyed a delicious cookie while I sat.

Very busy cafe immediately after security but the customer service was excellent. I unfortunately couldn’t see the name tag of the gentleman making sandwiches on the morning of 11/12 but exemplified excellent customer service during what was an extremely busy period. He was making breakfast sandwiches as fast as humanly possible, sometimes taking orders while the other member restocked or made coffee, he communicated with customers about the status of their orders and even confirmed orders before handing them over. He changed his gloves if he had to handle other duties prior to handling food again. There was a bit of a wait but I was so impressed with how he handled everything while maintaining an amazing attitude is deserving of recognition

Long wait but it was worth it, even tho I was nervous after reading the reviews. Now I Wish I’d gotten an XL cup of that Caramel cappuccino with whip cream. The tall guy that served me was patient, sweet, and a joy to run into that morning. Wanted the food but the coffee was more reasonable.

JANICE IS A ROCKSTAR!!!! I am only giving 5 stars for her. Give her a promotion! She is INCREDIBLE and does the job of 3 people at the same time.

Great chai latte & excellent service. Quaint location in terminal D. Sitting and standing room around large table with electrial outlets.

Stopped in for a morning coffee. Really appreciated the friendliness from Tavaris and Dearra, and the promptness in whipping up a great cup of coffee.

Calm atmosphere. The coffee was great—I got an iced “caramel macchiato” which I think was a caramel latte there. It was the best one I have every had. I swear! The guy who made it- his name Mekhi. Cashier’s name was Jamal, he was very nice too! The other staff lady was busy cleaning up and working hard, which is nice to see these days. Good overall vibes. I hope to remember this location. It is near the D gates.

I had an exceptional experience here during my layover. The staff were kind, and although the line was long, they pushed out the orders quickly. From the time I ordered I only had to wait 5 minutes for my drink

I ordered: Carmel frappe, and turkey and cheese sandwich. Both were delicious, no issues

If you want a great coffee, this place is where you want to go. We got iced coffees before our flight, and they cooled us off and really made our morning better while waiting in the hot Atlanta airport.

Directly across from gate T10, Taylor (manager) and Janice are amazing together! The line of demanding people was very long, but they kept it together and served us all with a great attitude. I would suggest opening a half hour earlier. Yummy muffins and good coffee.

Giving this location 5 stars because the coffee was great and the girl working was all by herself and had a huge line of customers and she did her thing and got through it. Give her a raise!!!!

The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is the wonderful customer service of Tavaris. His personality made my day. And the hot chocolate was good as well. Thank you Tavaris.

Lady serving was soo nice and the coffees were made really quickly. Would highly recommend visiting if you’re in the airport.

Harvest and grounds was a godsend. It’s got a lovely long high top table with hooks for bags and SO many outlets, the employees were courteous and both knew and made their drinks well.

I was able to sit, charge multiple electronics and work without being bothered or squashed with quality coffee, food and pastries just a few feet away. Would 100% come back here.

Good food and coffee. The island table with the power plugs are very convenient where it makes this place a great place to have breaks between planes.

I found the crew very friendly and welcoming.

I really like the concept.
